That's still a 5-star for me. The pharmacy is 1-star. They're rude, unhelpful and couldn't care less. I pointed out that I was being incorrectly charged for the meds I was picking up and the person disappeared for 10 minutes, only to come back and tell me they had to "redo it" and that would be another 30 minutes. FOR WHAT?? In contrast, the Mayfair Walgreens went out of their way to save me $$ on items I was picking up - so I'll be asking that my scripts be moved there.

If you're out of refills or they're out of stock, there's no heads up. Finally, scrips seem to get moved between locations. Sometimes you need a med urgently, call it in, get confirmation it's ready and arrive only to be told it's been sent to the central location and will be delivered in 2 days. The people are nice and try to help but it's just a different flavor of shitshow than I'd get at Walgreens.

Let me tell you, this store is hopping! There is a steady stream of customers coming in and out and the parking lot can be a bit chaotic. I don't visit this area all that often but I suspect there aren't many other options and that's what makes this such a popular spot. The store seems a bit rundown, both outside and inside, and could use a substantial refresh. There are shelves that are empty and others that have random items placed in them. They also could use more staff to move the line faster.

What a pleasant demeanor! I generally have good luck coming here as the employees are friendly and courteous though I usually come in the morning. I'm glad to have come that evening just to see a great display of professionalism and courtesy.

This is serious generational…read moreproblem, most young American workers aren't fully literate, but it would seem to be more important at a pharmacy. The fully qualified pharmacist did competently inoculate me at my appointment time. I noticed other reviewers didn't feel safe in the store. I'll tell you who feels safe, and that is all the shaving supplies because they are locked up. Almost every thing for sale here is locked up, presumably to reduce shoplifting but I think the greater crime are the prices Walgreens charges to working people. Well all people really, but if you're working for a living and living in a working class neighborhood you might not have many choices other than Walgreens and they do seem to take advantage of that. I would say the neighborhood is more colorful and entertaining than scary, but the way all the shelves are under lock and key I could see why the casual visiting patron might be frightened.

If you need medications but they're not specialty well that's cool too. They'll want to help you just the same. They can process your medications and send them to your neighborhood Walgreens. But, if you choose to pick up here in person it's never busy so isn't a long wait. Why isn't it busy? Many of their prescription orders are shipped to customers, however I think that this is limited to specialty medication customers. And shipped for free too! Because when I go to my neighborhood Walgreens in the afternoon I assume that they'll be quiet. Nope. That's senior citizen happy hour. It's like lunch at the OCB, Walgreens and then back home for a nap. That neighborhood Walgreens is always buzzing! If they don't have your medication in stock they'll order it for you and have it in stock within 1-2 days. And because they have a small of customers in their physical store they have more time to spend on customer service. Impeccable customer service. You won't be sitting on hold listening to that sad phone jingle here.

Even after me stating at least twice a month I switched to Ascension. My previous doctors from Aurora would call and say to me I needed to reestablish care with them before they would consider giving the authorization to fill the script. I have some serious medical conditions such as a seizure disorder anxiety depression diabetes and stage 3 kidney disease. So this kind of mistakes were life threatening and caused me to be hospitalized several times due Hyatt's error in communication. I'm in the process now of switching pharmacies before I DIE WAITING ON THEM TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY‼ Thinking about obtaining a lawyer so they can pay my last 2 hospital bills plus pain and suffering.

It took a while to get to us to do the actual testing, due to the amount of people, but once we were taken care of, it was quick and efficient.
