The meds cannot be transferred. I started holding just after 4 p.m. and there were more than three callers ahead of me. At 7 p.m., I was still holding and yelling at the phone that "No, my phone call must not be THAT important to you." You know, you've been on too long to hang up now? That was me. I was supposedly the next person in line. Finally, my husband called the regular store and managed to get someone who said, "Oh, they didn't have a pharmacist this afternoon and had to shut down early.". EXCUSE ME??!! WHY WAS THIS NOT ON THE PHONE LINE WHEN YOU CALLED IN?? Information that would have been helpful THREE HOURS AGO!! I understand an emergency. Truly, I do. But when you don't put it up front and center when people call in, that is maddening! I am currently looking for a new pharmacy that's neither Walgreens, CVS, nor Walmart.

The "new supplier" never showed to bring the new equipment, and Lincare didn't come to get theirs because I didn't have replacement equipment in place. I got so fed up with this "new company" who never contacted me or showed, I bought my own portable and home concentrators from Inogen. Thousands of dollars later, I now own my equipment, and don't have to rely on the non-existent customer service and billing of Lincare. Run the other way.

There is a Starbucks to your immediate right. Bathrooms were on the left across the store. I was shocked to see a video rental store inside. You don't see that anymore! There is also a Dropbox out front for the videos. They had a lot of bakery items and a whole candy section. I was also very impressed to see a charging station for cars.
