Friendly helpful staff at CVS Webster! Always a great experience when I shop at this store

I came to the store at 10:53 knowing they are open until 11 and I just needed one item. I would have been in and out. The employees saw me standing at the door and didn't let me in and they had the doors locked. I'm honestly pretty upset bc I'm pregnant and I just needed one thing!! Why say you close at 11 if you're just going to close your doors early?! Hopefully Price Chopper has what I'm looking for :( read more

Do not go to cvs in Webster, terrible experience. Rude and lazy staff. If you need a flu shot do not go there they always will tell you to come another day. Poor costumer service. I don't know how they still open. read more

Horrible pharmacy! I transfered From the one in Framingham being closer to my husbands new job. They called me claiming my daughters insurance ended in May. Ummm funny I just got prescriptions done in Framingham the beginning of June, so that doesn't make any sense to me. They claimed they called the insurance company and continued to tell me I was wrong. (Customer service rule number 1 customer is always right) so I called the insurance company and guess what? They never called them and my daughter still has insurance they just don't want todo they're job. Then some head honcho, called me and said they will not process my child's medication....so we now put children's lives in danger! Stay away from them I have already Contacted BBB and mass pharmacy to file formal complaints! Go to Walgreens or anywhere but CVS! read more

What is wrong with the people in this pharmacy. I had a new prescription. They gave me the wrong medication first then proceeded to delete the prescription out of their system when they tried to correct their error. I had to call my PCP to get a new prescription. My PCP declined to refill the medication since they had already sent the prescription, and the pharmacy told me that it was my issue to resolve and it was on my PCP's end. I had to call my PCP again and finally when I went to the pharmacy a second time they told me that it was on their end and it had been canceled by accident Now I've refilled it and for a third time I've had a problem picking this up. Called in the prescription was told that it would be ready after 11 AM in the morning. Went to pick it up at 5 PM was told it would be ready in 15 minutes then came back at eight and was told that my insurance was incorrect, and I had to give my insurance card and then it would be ready in 15 minutes. How are people like me on the phone waiting to be answered for 30mins, 20 mins and 45mins in one day? Unfortunately, each time I have to get off the phone without getting through because I have to work, or a doctors appointment. I just have a question about side effect concerns about a medication that has already begun for a child. I live 45 mins away. I cannot just walk in. Left voicemails for doctors. Hopefully I hear from someone soon. read more

Located at the front of the parking lot of the Price Chopper, parking is usually not much of an issue. The store itself is only a few years old and still very clean. The shelves are usually full of product and sale items always seem to be available. This trip there was only one cashier but it wasn't that busy on a Friday afternoon so there weren't any lines to contend with. read more

I have to say the woman that runs the pharmacy is very rude and belittled my elderly mother in the phone after the hospital told her to fill her script and refused to fill it so I will bring my business elsewhere read more

My husband went to pick up his prescription and was given the rudest customer service! I called when he got home and they hung up on me!!!!!! We have used this pharmacy for over 30 years! I have never had such rude service!! Cooperate please look into this location!! read more

Terrible pharmacy customer service. I've been hung up on multiple times on multiple occasions, and I'm always very courteous. Absolutely no care for the patient or customers. Giving one star because that's the lowest when they actually deserve zero. read more

The absolute worst pharmacy in the world. Super slow. A script will get called in and three days later u go pick it up n they tell u it'll be 20 min. What? Picked up my scripts and they'll give me 2/3. Don't go through the drive thru with a sick child you'll will regret it. Go to price chopper or rite aid. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Waiting in line.... Again. - Drugstores Near Me - WEBSTER, Massachusetts

This is is about the push for the cashiers to get people to sign up for carepass at whatever means, like signing up the elderly without them even knowing and telling the customers to sign up and go home and cancel (so it shows a count for carepass)and the customer gets the 10 dollar extra bucks, the DM's letting deceptive practices go by employees and telling managers to follow suite on conference calls. Like signing up non English speaking customers because they don't know what is happening. Telling stores to forget about putting freight out , stocking shelves and anything else that does not get carepass sign ups. read more

This CVS is a disgrace to the name of the company the place is a zoo no one knows how to speak politely, and deal with issues. One of their pharmacy techs lost a Class A narcotic prescription for a week then apologized after the doctor made the patient feel like they were lying. To much back peddling. Save your time, your patience and sanity... Go to rite aid down the road. read more

I went into this CVS location trying to transfer my pictures from my camera to a CD mad by one of the photography machines set up in the store. The cashier whom I asked for help, was very very rude. And when I asked if she was new, another worker had told me she was the one who trained the other employees here!!!! Needless to say, I won't be going in here anytime soon! read more

The pharmacist is very mean, I have an elderly mother, I always pick up her meds and this has been the worst pharmacy to deal with out of them all yet.... So far I've had great luck with Walgreens I recommend Walgreens over CVS and they are close to each other read more

literally horrified by the treatment I received at this pharmacy. I had an unexpected illness that was super painful that required a prescription for painkillers. I went to go get the script filled and I wasn't exactly sure as to the protocol for picking up a prescription as I'm not on any regular medications. i went up to the counter and was "greeted" by some disgusting troll with facial piercings, crappy tattoos, dirty bright pink hair and the general air and attitude of a pissed off water buffalo. it's hard to take someone who cares so little about their appearance seriously. anyway long story short she was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I will never ever go back to any cvs ever to get a prescription filled and I'd advise anyone else to steer very clear. there's MANY more options out there for you to get medications from someone who doesn't just look like she rolled out of a clown car. read more

Worst and slowest pharmaceutical in the world. Store part is fine pharmacy I have ever been too.

I have to agree with previous reviewer who states that this place is slow. They always have many people behind the counter but they are slow to fill a prescription and the lines in the store are outrageous. It seems like they try to be slower and more inefficient every time I go there. I have better things to do than wait in their slow moving lines to get my kids refills, plenty of options around time to try another one of them. read more
