Inside, it looks like any other CVS with aisles of healthcare needs, cards, booze, seasonal, etc. The staff has always been friendly, visible and helpful. The parking lot is tight and awkward as you back directly into traffic to leave. There are bike parking racks as well.

When I showed up to pick up my prescription the pharmacist/tech told me "we texted you at 9:02 to tell you we were out." When I showed her my phone and that I did not receive any texts after my order confirmation the response was "yeah,well it's a company problem." A grumpy attitude isn't helpful. 2nd time in 24 hours - no text either time. The lack of any investment in your customers - a simple phone call instead of relying on the completely unreliable text system - is really frustrating. Take some responsibility, show a little compassion.

No please, no thank you, no smile, no how can I help you. He then left. Then I got up there. I said hi. Same treatment, no please, no kindness , no thank you etc. When I corrected the gal at the register with 'please'- she was like what? I said you can say please for my information. She said she didn't have to say please. She then turned to the pharmacist and the pharmacist said she was not obligated to say please and she can transfer my prescription to another store. I was in shock at the treatment I received. And the pharmacy manager was in the background and said zero. No other staff of the store was even on the floor to talk to. I hope they all get reprimanded and or fired. they deserve negative stars.

The store was organized and items were easy to find. Prices were reasonable and I was able to find items that were not on my shopping list. The cashier was cheerful. An item had wrong up the wrong price from what it said on the the shelf and the cashier was willing to give us the item for the price it said on the shelf instead of what it was ringing up for.

They also have a small play area, which is nice if you have kids with you and have to wait for your prescription. There have been times when they have not had a specific prescription and were able to order it and have it ready the next day. Lindsay is beyond helpful. She's great at answering questions for prescriptions as well as otc meds. I actually asked her about bandages...after a surgery, I needed to change dressings, but the bandages were seriously irritating my skin. After finding one specific type of bandage that worked for me, I asked Lindsay if they had any. They only had one or two rolls in stock, so she ordered me several and kept special ordering them as long as I needed her to. She's always friendly and helpful. The front staff is usually great too. I took one star off because I recently needed a prescription that they didn't have. They said I would need to call different pharmacies to try to find someone who had it. I honestly didn't even know where to begin...It was already a very stressful situation and I think it would have been nice of them to call to find someone who had it since they were out. Other than that, we are pretty pleased with our small town pharmacy.
