Came to Walgreens to go to the pharmacy clinic that is partnered with Community Networks. Flu season, so you know what that means....get your flu shots! The clinic was very clean, and there are 3 small rooms that are closed off with sliding doors for privacy and light up when in-use. Getting assistance for the clinic side, you need to check in at the pharmacy counter. With a little limited staff, we had to wait until the drive-thru customer was taken care of first before receiving help. It didn't take long, but the staff member was pleasant. Had us fill out COVID-19 paperwork, asked for valid ID/license, proof of Healthcare insurance. Also-a walgreen voucher helps, since that was given by my employer. Took about 10 minutes to fill out the paperwork and then took all of under 5 minutes to get the flu shot that didn't hurt at all. (Thanks Brayton ). Gave info on flu shot to take home with us and a red Walgreen bandaid thats still intact. I know some people are not a fan of needles, but this wasn't a bad experience and you couldn't even tell it was done. Thats how fast it was over, like the snap of two fingers together. Made a 9:30 appt for a flu and RSV shot online. I did not complete the paperwork online beforehand. Arrived at 9:15 per their request. Completed the paperwork online while I waited. Didn't leave until 10:00 am. Too long and painful for simple shots. read more

This location is clean and well stocked. The check out line is typically pretty short, and even if it's long, seems to move fast. This is a good option if you need to pick up a couple of items; just be sure to get the discount card otherwise prices can be on the high side. The store brand is usually pretty good quality, and, as one would expect, less expensive than name brand products. On my most recent trip they had some good deals on holiday gift bags which saved me a trip to another store. I also ended up with 6 rolls of tape as the three packs of gift wrapping tape were buy one get one 50% off. Sales here often involve buying at least two of an item...and as long as it's nothing perishable I usually bite and purchase more than I need. read more

This is seriously the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. Particularly the pharmacy. The tech's are, what has to be, purposely slow. They will not have your prescription ready and when it finally gets ready they won't be able to figure out how to ring you up. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. read more

Terrible. Cashiers have no respect and are really rude. A mom tried asking for something and a cashier responded in a disgusting and nasty attitude.I was already having a bad day and seeing a mother get treated like that is incredibly rude.Not only did the mother go through that, but so did I.The cashiers there talk back to each other with looks. Absolutely the best service on Monday Dec 22nd. I sent a photo of my husband to Walgreens to be printed on a canvas. I've never had a canvas done and they were having a sale so...ya ordered one. Not long after it was sent via the web, I got a phone call from a young man letting me know that they had a ton of orders for Christmas and they were out of the kits for the size I ordered. He said he called other Walgreens in the area and they were all out. I went ahead and had him cancel the order. I later thought what if I went up a size. Sent that order and about an hour later got my email that it was ready. I had just enough time to run there and get it before my husband got home. I could tell it was put together with care. The guy I spoke to about the first order had me open it before I left the store. It looked great. I spent a little more than I was going to but the print and the service was well worth it. read more

Walgreens has really gone down hill. They push for online ordering and offer a lot better pricing on things. Issue is they won't fill your order in the 30 min they are supposed to. I ended up paying 2x the amount in store because they don't want to pull my online order and the store had no customers. Cashiers rush you through the process. Don't give anytime to type in rewards number. read more

Anytime I go to Walgreens it's a quick, smooth trip. I go there for my snacks and sometimes essentials. The only downside I would say is the long wait times during check out. It's usually only one register open and all of the other workers seem to be in the back or on the floor stocking shelves. read more

I totally forgot that I had to get tetanus shot before my next quarter of classes started. This was VERY important since the college was threating to give me a zero on my clinical I class. DOH. Any way, with no way to schedule a last minute appointment with my regular doctor, I did a quick search on the amazing interwebs and..voilà, Walgreen's Take Care Clinic. I was able to walk-in, sign-in, get poked and on my way home in less than 15 minutes. The Take Care Clinic has a list of services that they provide and they are less expensive than going to an urgent care clinic. Thank you Walgreens for helping me keep my A! :P read more

Ordered a personalized card online to be be ready 4/30. Finally received an email saying it was ready 5/1. I drive out of my way to go to this location. The assistant manager searches high and low for the card just to tell me they didn't have any toner for the printer. He attempted to print a card in color with no toner. He also informed me that someone should've called me, but it looks like they didn't. read more

Well lit, clean & well stocked. You can save more if you have their rewards card (if you forget it you can just use the phone number you registered with) & by looking for marked down items in the aisles. You'll be surprised how much they actually have in the store. A little bit pricier than Wal-Mart or Dollar General but sometimes the sale prices are actually better. read more

My husband had immunization shots Wednesday. By that evening his arm was swollen and he was running a high temperature. By Thursday he was lethargic and extremely uncomfortable; we called Walgreen pharmacy to ask their opinion. After a 17 minute wait time we were told it was just the flue-like symptoms and not to worry. At 11 pm we ended up in ER - he needed IV antibiotics due to cellulitis infection caused by the original shot. The pharmacy had no business dispensing medical diagnosis over the phone - he could have been in sepsis. Be careful! read more

Husband had outpatient surgery.Took script to this Walgreens. I was the only person in line . They ask me to have a seat and they would call me. A lady came in for her script they told her 15min. I sat 45 min the lady next to me said I have been here 30 min already. Many people had came in many people were by now sitting . Several had picked up scripts that were ordered ahead. Finally decided I would check. Answer was their prompter was down and they had no idea when script was ready. If they had no idea how was the rest of us sitting waiting to know when script was ready??? Poor communication and customer service. Most Walgreen stores go above and beyond. The one In my town does. This rating is only on this Walgreens. They need some sales people and managers that have some logical thinking skills. read more

With my health insurance company I am only allowed to use Walgreens for prescriptions. Over 2 weeks ago I needed a refill of my generic Cymbalta, I called on a daily basis to get updated info as to why the prescription hadn't been refill and was constantly told that it will be here the next day. That day has never come and now I am such a messed up state of withdrawl I can hardly work!! Of coarse the pharmacy says it's not their problem and Walgreens still says the med is on back order!! If indeed this company really cared about it's customer's I highly doubt tthey would have even let 1 person go through this!! Further after doing my own research, I found that the company in which Walgreens orders through, (Lupin) no longer makes it and haven't in quite awhile..........Thankfully my Dr is now aware of this and has been prescribing other drugs to try and ease the grief. As for Walgreens, although I have to use them currently I will never have a good word or recommendation for them.........ever!! read more
