Due to the unprofessionalism of the pharmacy department my medications are so thrown off that I was picking one up every week or two, so they were no longer in sync My biggest issue with the pharmacy here is that the preference by the staff is to use the app because it's easier for me and for them, but all it does is create a hassle for me. If the app had worked, then that would be great and I think there's some disconnect between the apps and their system that they see in the pharmacy. I always request my medication to be delivered to me and I pre-pay on the app and I always select deliver to me and I confirm my address and my payment method. Every single time I have requested my medication to be filled through the app and delivered to my home. It never does get delivered. I always have to call the pharmacy and ask them if they know when my medication will be ready to ship and they said that it is not scheduled to be shipped. After dealing with the shenanigans for two years, I finally gave up and I moved over to CVS pharmacy. Already they have all of my information, all of my medications, and they have them all synced up together to be picked up at once. I wish I would've switch sooner because Walgreens is just absolutely awful in the pharmacy department here. If you need regular medications, I definitely do not recommend the pharmacy. Maybe better for a "every now and then" prescription, but the excuse that I always get is that they don't keep my medication in stock and that is why I end up going through my stock of my medication and then I'm left without medication for anywhere between three days to two weeks just because they can't plan ahead. Again, I definitely do not recommend for those who have regular prescriptions to be picked up on a monthly basis because this place is horrible and the customer service is not great either.

He provided a discount card which took $250 off the cost. When they didn't actually have the meds needed in stock, he transferred my script to another Walgreens and made sure we got the discounted price. Another staff member asked if we needed assistance finding things. I just found the staff to be extremely helpful and pleasant!!

Recently found a disposable camera from 11years ago and came here to get the film developed. They…read morespelt the last name wrong for the account, even though I slowly spelt it three times for them. They also didn't add a phone number, even though I gave them one. So when I went to pick up the pictures they could only find them because I had kept the ticket you get when you send the camera in. The younger gentlemen who found the ticket was great, very helpful and nice. However, not only was the (I'm assuming supervisor) woman who set up the account negligent, but she was rude in an arrogant, unwarranted way, and was like that when dropping off and receiving the photos. I would say if you're looking to get photos developed, go literally anywhere else. If this happened and someone was to lose or throw away their ticket, they probably wouldn't have a way to get their photos back.
