Nina and Angela helped me navigate through the mess/ confusion. Nina spent an hour with me in person last week, and Angela assisted me on the phone today for the better part of an hour!!! I get text reminders for refills in time to get my medication before I run out. They typically have my medications ready within 24hrs and I have only had to wait 3 days once. They can get pretty busy but they do their best to keep the line moving. I've had a good experience every time I have been, including the drive thru.

However, this time only a 30-day supply was filled through insurance, and no option was offered for the remaining amount. When my husband picked it up, no alternatives were explained or offered. When I called to ask why the doctor's 90-day order was not followed, I was repeatedly placed on hold and no one introduced themselves when speaking with me. The pharmacist repeatedly explained the "default insurance process" multiple times, even after I asked why the prescription was not filled as written. This did not address my concern. My history clearly shows I always receive a 90-day supply and pay using GoodRx. The pharmacist, who again did not introduce herself, was extremely rude, seemed rushed, and was dismissive throughout the conversation. There was no attempt to offer solutions or correct the issue, such as reversing the claim or allowing payment for the remaining supply. I also felt powerless in the situation, as no options were offered and I was not given any clear way to resolve the problem. Ultimately, the prescription was not followed as written, which is disrupting my care. There is a reason I have consistently been maintained on a 90-day supply, and that continuity was not respected. Overall, there was poor communication, no professionalism, and no effort to resolve the issue.

People just kept coming. Next time I make a appointment or come to pharmacy I will not be going at 2pm. I will make it later in the day so it will not be so busy! However the staff was pleasant and quick dealing with all the customers. The isles are wide easy to find items. My shot was scheduled at 2:15pm but I did not get it till 2:32pm. That is one thing I hate is waiting for appointments. Doctors never want us late to a appointment but somehow it always seems the customer has to wait on them! However the wait could have been much worse.

They are much smaller scale and far less busy than what Costco is, but there are some good value options and certain things that we purchase from Sam's Club gas being the number one things so we don't have to drive all the way out to practically Centerville Beavercreek area just to gas up our cars I really like their muffins that they make in the bakery They have great bacon, but I'm not sure how much we know about and as far as household items, they are competitively priced They do not sell large bulk items like supersize bag of potato chips, supersize containers a various things which sometimes is an advantage you don't necessarily need a 20 pound bag of M&Ms or a bag of ruffles potato chips big enough to a Super Bowl party of 40 people All the employees are very, very friendly and helpful have received great customer service every step of the way on every occasion I've been there The gas pump area is a little slow due to one single car at a time, but you just have to learn to fill up during non-peak hours on Friday afternoon or a busy sunny day on the weekend

After he filled his cup that was overflowing (probably why it's a mess) he went to the registers where he ignored a line. I went to a lady who had checked out four customers and all of a sudden they opened another register and she left... with me at the register. After they checked out two more customers I asked "should I go to another register?" Another guy came and said he'd check me out and she said, "we decided to change registers." Cool... but they didn't acknowledge me or tell me to go to the other register. (Sigh)
