There are pickup drive through lanes on the right side of the store. Recently, I ordered an HP printer that was on sale for $89.99. When I drove through the pickup line, the order ended up being $150.49 which was charged to my debit card. That is a negative and I did complain when I filled out an online survey. However, I then received a phone call from Bill A. informing me the printer was on sale when I ordered it but the sale ended when I went to pick it up. He said the sale price still should've been honored, but sometimes that does happen. They refunded the difference and it was credited back to my debit card in a few days. So, I believe they will try to make a mistake right. I go to this store from time to time, and although they occasionally run out of things, I think it is a good store.
