They always have what I need when other pharmacies are out. And are always friendly. The store is vey clean.

This Walgreens is wonderful. The only thing I can truly say that is going right is I really love the employees, they have had a bit of turnover but the people they have brought on are very courteous. I will say they seem to be still short staffed so they can't get on the phones if you want to call. I highly recommend you download their app. I have also had quite a few prescriptions that are partial fills for some unknown reason to me, I think it's just to see if I will get mad. I am on a lot of medications due to a bad heart. So they are in need of organization here at the store but that's hard to do if you have floaters or new employees every week. The management at this Walmart SUCKS. I'm not joking when I say that 4 out of 5 times I walk into this Walmart to get milk they are OUT. At what point does the regional management fire the idiot running this store and bring a manager in that has a clue? On a side note the pharmacy has always been good. read more

I literally am fed up with this pharmacy. I had called and asked when my prescription would be ready(I'm extremely sick and can barely breathe) and I was told at 3pm they be ready at 4:30-5pm . I gave it a little extra time and was at the window to pick up at 6:45pm and told me they still are not ready and that they would be in half an hour. Like I don't get how you have had a prescription for four hours and I called to confirm them to be filled and they are still not ready. One of them in an inhaler and all I get was "oh I'll red flag it," "I'm sorry it's not ready" like what have you been doing then? I understand being short staff but this place is always a problem. I already moved my son's medication to Krogers, guess after this. I'm moving mine too. Unbelievable. read more

The pharmacist and other workers in the pharmacy were extremely helpful. They were incredibly busy but took the time to answer customer questions including my own. And they did so with patience and professionalism. This is now my primary pharmacy! read more

This pharmacy is horrible!!! Go into the pharmacy side and they are completely disorganized changing my doctor's orders.

I ordered a small steam cleaner from Bissell and FedEx delivered it Walgreens on Breil BLVD. I called and they state that it shows in their system as being at this location but Walgreens can't find it (eye roll) nor do they have any confirmation that they sent it back to Bissell. At first the clerk said, it's showing in our system let me go check again. She came back and said it isnt in our system and I had to call her out.I went round and round with them explaining how even if I call FEDEX their system online even shows it as being at Walgreens yet the manager kept telling me I was being ridiculous and rude for not following her advice (even though it was dumb). I had to explain one last time that it had to have been at least 6 days since they supposedly shipped it back and even even had they not initially scanned the package out of their facility at some point it would have been scanned into a check point or back where it originally shipped from. ----CVS customer from here on out. read more

I don't regularly shop at stores like Walgreen and it's direct competitors but Walgreen carries a product I use that is hard to find and they carry it for cheaper than the other places I have been able to locate it. I purchased an item from this location and when I found that it did not fit my needs I decided to return it. Then, I sat back and overlooked this until yesterday. I read over the return policy and found that is was a 30-day policy. I flipped over the receipt to find the date August 27 -- one day outside the return period! I called the store and spoke with the manager who approved the return of the merchandise which was still in new condition, tags still intact, and accompanied by my original purchase receipt. I was very pleased, because I would have been out of $30 had she refused my return and I would have only had myself to blame. Every experience in this Walgreen has been A+ for me. I've always received the type of service you expect from a small, mom and pop store in a small town. They may not know my name, but the employees are always visible and have always made sure to ask me if they can offer assistance. read more

I have been doing business with this pharmacy for the last fifteen years. I find them very helpful and concerned about my prescriptions. They are open 24 / 7 and that is a plus for last minute visits. read more

I get my flu shots here and I have never had any problems dealing with the staff. Keep in mind this pharmacy is busy, so if you come during peak hours it's probably going to be a little busy :) read more
