I went in to get a pack of smokes and some pods and scan my ID, didn't look at the id, just scanned it And told me I had an invalid ID! I told him it was not invalid and asked him to look at it. I have worked at multiple dispensaries and know all the rules behind a valid ID. He refused to look at it said if it doesn't scan it's invalid and told me I needed to give him a different ID. If I had a different ID that would be pretty sketchy! But my issue is the fact that he refused to look at the ID And check the key points, which are the photo, the expiration date, and the birthdate. He was rude and told me no I have to have a valid ID. So I guess I'm posting this to make the point that scanning an ID and not looking at it is not probably your best idea. I could've had anyone's ID as long as it scanned he would've let me buy whatever but the fact that it didn't scan, which can be because he's scanning the wrong barcode or many reasons, it was absolutely ridiculous. I even tried to be humble and apologized that this was happening and the jerk just rolled his eyes.
