The people that work there are very nice and provide great customer service. It's not their fault that the area where the store is located has become so run down. I'm always making homemade greeting cards and Christmas cards; I order online and pick them up here. Prices can't be beat and photos are always good quality. As I've mentioned in other reviews, I prefer the smaller versions of stores because it's easier to go in, grab what I need, and leave. I'm forever running a bunch of errands and this Walgreens fits the bill. Definitely smaller than most, but I don't need it to be larger. I'm coming here for a few items I can't get elsewhere. In. Out. Done. I've no experience with the a Pharmacy because I use Rite-Aid so this review is for the store itself. It's convenient for me since I drive by every single day going to and from the gym. There is plenty of parking in their own lot which adds to the convenience factor.

Next day I get the text that my prescription is ready, and after standing in line for 15 minutes, I am told it is in fact not ready and I have to wait a half hour. This doesn't just happen to me... Additionally the Pharmacist weaponize the Assistants against us so we get snotty, snide attitude with arrogance, because they know CVS HQ will do nothing to them. I've contacted CVS HQ, and they do nothing to check the behavior of their Pharmacist. Target can do nothing since it does not employ the CVS staff. What Target could do is cancel the CVS contract since SO many of us have run into the same off-the-chart rude, insolent, arrogant behavior and retribution.

That can take a while, as the store appears to be minimally staffed. My wife had a prescription sent there on Sunday morning. There was a single person on duty at the pharmacy. Her simple prescription (an antibiotic ointment, and antibiotic pills) took three hours to prepare, and two hours past the first "your prescription is ready for pickup" text message. But, that aside, it was a relief to find a store with a pharmacy still operating in this downtown location near our hotel. So although ours wasn't the best experience, we appreciated that CVS is still open amid difficult urban circumstances. Oh, a bonus was that we discovered this CVS also sells wine, and the prices are not jacked up to hotel levels. That was also much appreciated.

Store was bright , clean and well organized Although I can't say they were well stocked. I picked up the last box of Salonpas; I would have bought another if they had it on the shelf. On my way out, picked up a few spontaneous purchases because I like the brand of popcorn they carry because it has clean ingredients, and some Unreal chocolate. They do have a pharmacy, but I've never used it. And of course, they also have shelves upon shelves of health and wellness products.

They did and offered me the refund of fees as a gift card. Ultimately, me being charged fees for pickup was their parent company's (Kroger) fault. Even so, the store's customer service was excellent and the person who brought the order to my vehicle was super helpful. One of the items I ordered was a fire pit and it was out of stock. The guy that brought me my order gave me suggestions on where I could find one the day before a major holiday. I use the app to take advantage of the digital sales. Regular prices are typically reasonable compared with other grocery stores. No longer live in this part of town but since I workout at the gym nearby, this is where I do the bulk of my grocery shopping other than specialty items.
