The only thing that I would say needs improvement is the stock levels. There are times, too many to count, that I have been sent to find something and it's not avail or they don't carry it at all. I'm not sure if it is a local ordering issue, or more of an organizational wide thing (as far as how they deal with demographics and sales). However, I am a faithful CVS Pharmacy patron, and therefore expect every CVS to be the same standard and quality as the next (regarding staff, cleanliness, stock, quality, and value). I found a few good deals today: diapers on sale (plus I had a manufacturer's $1.50 off coupon), some cheap wine (I use for cooking 2 for $7) and Dunkin Donuts coffee usually $9.99 for $5.99! Wish there were clearance shelves (like Walgreen's). The store was pretty clean. The checkout lines were a tad long, even with 3 cashiers. Some old guy budged me in line but I didn't say anything. The cashier I had was super friendly. I like that there is a Red Box movie rental kiosk outside this location. I'll definitely be back.

Harris teeter here had sharp edges under shelving so in reaching for an item with no upper clearance, it tore my skin and cut me. They said they were unaware of the situation and denied me any compensation. How are they conducting health department and Dept of Agriculture inspection requirements and not know? Truth is they couldn't be and not be aware of the split, broken and sharp metal from damage, as well as filth. This is a classic example how a large regional grocery chain doesn't take responsibility for situations like these. If they don't know that numerous sharp pieces of metal are sticking out in ways that can injure people when they peruse vegetables, how exactly are they handling their produce? It sickens me that these stores are managed like this. There are too many sporas etc. now this kind of stuff. Found the shelving was also filthy. Some of these stores follow rules designed to protect us. Harris Teeter? "We didn't know there was a problem." I still have a scar center forearm. Looks horrible. Wish I could post pics of the conditions there and on my arm. Didn't find this at Publix, Lowe's Foods, Lidles, Aldi, Lowe's Foods or Whole Foods. To avoid a lawsuit from these jokers, this is my opinion only. This CVS pharmacy is the absolute worst! I called in my persciption. I get notified via text that…read moreit is ready for pick up. I show up and they tell me they are having issues with their computer and cannot run through insurance. Then I go back two days later hoping that this is resvolved. It is, but now they tell me my perscription is not ready and to wait 10 minutes. I wait 10 minutes and they give me the wrong perscription so I have to turn around and (again) specifically ask for them to call in what I had origionally asked. She says that will be another 10 minutes. When I do fianlly pick up my perscription the lady makes me wait while she has a funny flirtatious conversation with her coworkers and with no regard takes her sweet time to do anything producutive. I do not recommend this level of unprofessional service!
