This is a classic example how a large regional grocery chain doesn't take responsibility for situations like these. If they don't know that numerous sharp pieces of metal are sticking out in ways that can injure people when they peruse vegetables, how exactly are they handling their produce? I explained what was going on and she said she would send someone out. I waited a long time again, then finally a lady came out to talk to me. I showed her my order, and the listing for the item that was missing from it. She tapped some stuff on her device and told me that she had put in for a refund for that item for me. Trusting her word, I drove off. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a while for the refund to appear. When it did not show up, I contacted Walmart customer service via chat on the website. They informed me that I had waited too long, and I was now outside the 30 day window for a refund, so I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company instead.
