There has not been one time that I was dissatisfied with the CVS, in Woodridge. I have been going there for years and from the minute you walk through the door (you are always greeted with a greeting and a smile) until the minute we leave, it is a 5 star service. I would ten if I could. Michelle is an outstanding Manager who goes above snd beyond for all of her customers. She is constantly smiling and just so professional , friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the pharmacy is incredible as well. My apologies, I do not have all of their names. The workers in the front and on the floor have always been extremely attentive and caring. Only gave it 1 star because you have to. It should be a ZERO. Change in store management needed ASAP! Horrible customer service!!!! Besides the whole store being outdated and old looking the customer service and management is useless. Opened packages from UPS drop off. Employees don't know who pharmacists are or the names other employees. Personal medical package UPS delivered to this pharmacy DROP OFF was opened by employee. First was told package was not delivered and that the UPS deliverer hadn't been there. Then after checking our notification UPS stating package was delivered and signed by Mareesha at the store. Employee said no Mareesha worked there and no package was delivered. Next day get a call that package was received and signed by a Mareesha and that the package was opened, but that it was no big deal. Mind you this a medical package. What kind of service is that and management did nothing ... useless. This horrible service at this pharmacy is being neglected by the headquarters. If your just buy a candy bar or don't need help it's fine. read more

This place sucks!!! I go to pick up a prescription for my son, the pharmacist says it will be about 20 minutes. No problem, I bought a couple of other items and waited in my car for the time to pass. I go about 15-20 minutes later, the pharmacy gates are down. The entire pharmacy staff is out to lunch at the same time!!! Why the hell would you not say you're all going to in 15 minutes and to come back afterwards. And why the hell would you all go to lunch at the same time and not leave someone there to serve the drop offs and pickups? Makes no sense. read more

I visited this Cvs a number of times and the customer service are usually pretty poor. This extends from the cashier to the pharmacy dept.. I witnessed staff arguing with other customers and experienced incompetency in ringing up items multiple times. read more

The staff are friendly, especially the pharmacy department-they are very helpful. I only have one negative comment/question and that is why was the entrance trash can taken away when there is so much garbage and litter strewn about the parking lot/entrance way and the entrance inside of the store? Not much to say about CVS. It's a pharmacy and convenience store, that stocks health and beauty products, as well as some grocery food and drink items. I came here for cold medication, and luckily it was on sale. Picked up a few additional items, including cereal (2 for the price of 1) and I was on my way. I have filled prescriptions here as well. Their system is relatively convenient. If your prescription isn't filled in a short amount of time, they have a text alert system, to text you, when your prescription is ready for pickup. read more

I would give a minus 10 if it was available. I don't know what is going on with this CVS/parmacy. i don't get prescriptions very often (only when very sick) they don't text me anymore but call and say the prescription is ready...NOT!! Flonase available over the counter but DR called it in with other prescriptions did they fill it? NO! I thought the DR forgot to call it in. So frustrated, been there 4 times in December and each time prescription was NOT ready. Then you wait forever for them to wait on you. IF no one is dropping off and you have a line at pick up why doesn't the other person help out at pick up??? Don't even bother calling because after 15 minutes they don't pick up. Don't waste your time calling the pharmacy to ask them a question. I was on hold for almost 23 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. They seem to have an aversion to picking up the call. read more

Horrible unorganized pharmacy!! I called 2 days ago to get an RX filled. Called and gave all info needed for them to tell me it would be ready next day. I come 2 days later and have to start the process all over again and wait 30 minutes for it to be ready because whoever took the order didn't follow up not even a call to tell me it would be late or anything. I have been using this CVS since they opened in Wood-Ridge, many years ago. Today I called to inquire about a prescription and first I was on hold for about 15 minutes, I finally hung up and tried again and four times they picked up the phone and immediately hung up the phone. I am switching my meds to Walgreens since this is not the first time this has happened. read more

The Wood-Ridge location has the NICEST employees around. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great local Pharmacy and small grocery store. Kodak photo kiosk can do prints in seconds or an hour. They also have a large selection of gift cards. read more

I called to refill my prescription. They told me that they need to contact my doctor to take approval. After waiting for more than 30 hours, I haven't received a call back from them to inform me about what the doctor said. Their service sucks. They don't care about the patients. read more

Most of the employees here are great but then there's 'the counter.' If you've been here before you know who I mean and that's why there's always a line. Forget it on Saturdays and days before major holidays. Selection though is very good but a tad pricey (probably because of high shoplifting rates.) Most of the time you can find the things you need cheaper elsewhere. However, the E. Rutherford location is less crowded and fewer lines :) read more

I love this CVS. Been shopping there for years. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Very nice and clean inside. It's a better place since a person is no longer there. Not sure why she no longer works there. Honestly it doesn't matter as long as she doesn't come back! Finally I can walk in without worrying about her mood. Always miserable and cranky.
