I would ten if I could. Michelle is an outstanding Manager who goes above snd beyond for all of her customers. She is constantly smiling and just so professional , friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the pharmacy is incredible as well. My apologies, I do not have all of their names. The workers in the front and on the floor have always been extremely attentive and caring. Employees don't know who pharmacists are or the names other employees. Personal medical package UPS delivered to this pharmacy DROP OFF was opened by employee. First was told package was not delivered and that the UPS deliverer hadn't been there. Then after checking our notification UPS stating package was delivered and signed by Mareesha at the store. Employee said no Mareesha worked there and no package was delivered. Next day get a call that package was received and signed by a Mareesha and that the package was opened, but that it was no big deal. Mind you this a medical package. What kind of service is that and management did nothing ... useless. This horrible service at this pharmacy is being neglected by the headquarters. If your just buy a candy bar or don't need help it's fine.

Their app is easy to used and the pharmacy always answers my questions and is accommodating. Never have to wait long when using the drive thru & if I need to pickup an over the counter medication when getting a rx they are super nice about it. The parking lot and store could use some sprucing up but it is in a convenient location and I have no complaints about their service.

They often have the drive thru closed without notice which is frustrating when you're just trying to quickly pick up a prescription. When you go inside, it's an even bigger frustration. I once watched one of the pharmacy techs circling around the back -3 or 4 times - checking several bins for someone's prescription. Wasn't ready yet.......... Seems like there is no organization and/or bad leadership in the back. The tone of who I believe to be the head pharmacist is not usually a positive one. All in all, not my favorite place to be when I'm already not feeling well.

The order was ready for pick up within half an hour of opening. Upon arrival I was impressed to see their huge newly paved parking lot. The store itself is very clean and organized. Lots of good offers in the store like buy one get one free 50% off, discount of Christmas decoration items, some candies with B2GO free and some had cash back rewards. I went to register and requested for my pickup order. The associate handed to me on the spot. Had a wonderful first time experience at this store.
