Mom can no longer drive... so as I live out the new movie of Driving Miss Janice, I was informed "now let's go to CVS... I have some stuff to do there". I have learned that good chauffeurs do not ask questions. It only complicates things, so I said. "Sure, grab your coat and gloves" and off we went. We found this CVS easy to find off Rt 23. its on the corner. Easier to park -as there are large, wide handicapped spots. perfect for mom to get in and out on her own. Not sure what she was doing in there as I write this she is still shopping. She must be having a ball in there as I got bired waiting and even snuck in and bought some moisturizer and retinol without her noticing. Btw: Which I found to be on sale. Score. So mom is still in there. They have self scanners... which may be the problem, detaining her. That will Slow her down. M Mom came to the car with bags of stuff. Lord know what is in them... but she had a big smile on her face and must of had fun in CVS. Janice certainly highly recommends it. Customer service is the worst! Very disrespectful and rude, especially at the pharmacy! Too much attitude and arrogance! Zero communication with customers. They don't know how to answer questions or be professionally polite! We will not use this CVS pharmacy in the future. read more

My mother is on hospice and dying. A prescription was called in 15 minutes before closing. She needed it that night for pain. They refused to fill it because it was too close to closing time. I explained the situation and still said I needed to come back the next day. Horrible. Shameful. read more

I had to do this because I'm tired of people dissing the minute clinic and I also forgot to include it in my last two reviews of CVS. The minute clinic is not meant to be minute it's for general cough related symptoms or check ups. I noticed a guy was flustered and maybe is a yelper but kept asking me when my fiancee would come out of the minute clinic, because he was getting his work physical done. If you haven't already had a physical it usually takes more than a minute because they have to examine everything to make sure your healthy. Most work places are now asking for physical's for insurance reasons. I first came to the minute clinic myself when I went through a serious allergy and could not find an open urgent care at the time. Minute clinic was awesome and even though they could not help me they tried to see who could take me in right away. Had I not gone to urgent care or minute clinic I probably would not know of my allergy to sulfa.I still thank the minute clinic and come in when I have the simple cough related symptoms and any general health concerns. read more

I received texts on my phone to pick up my son's prescription. I went there today and they didn't have it. It had never been ready apparently. This was at 3:30 PM today. They said they could fill it but it wouldn't be ready until after 5. I asked them to transfer it to the New Albany CVS. They were able to fill it and texted me at 3:58 that it's ready for pick up. I know NA CVS is reliable. When they say it's ready, then it's ready. I will keep my prescriptions at New Albany even though I'm closer to Westerville. read more

This review is for Minute Clinic -- generally! Need stitches removed. FYI Minute Clinic charges over $100! for some half-baked nurse to remove stitches. Family Urgent care is way less expensive. Minute Clinic wants $50!!! for a flu shot. Are you kidding? Are they made of gold dust. And I didn't wait at all at Urgent Care. Got right in and saw a DOCTOR -- not some nurse who works part time. I guess they are cheaper than an emergency room, but that's not saying much. And this is for a part-time nurse, not a doctor. Blah to CVS. read more

the Pharmacy Dept of this CVS has very poor customer service. they have enough employees, but their hours must have been cut back. the staff is overworked. it is NOT their fault. all of them are very nice, so please be nice to them. ME? we [2] live within one block, but will now order online from our Medicare Plan D provider. sad. read more

This is one of the CVS 'Minute Clinic' locations, but don't be fooled. I went in to get checked for strep throat and I waited over 90 minutes. I've received faster service at the emergency room. After checking in on a computer that tells you how many people are ahead of you, but not how long the estimated wait will be you are told to have a seat. A seat in a metal folding chair. Adding to my misery, the store was blasting music. Clearly there is no thought put into customer experience. To finish things off, the doctor did her best to never get closer to me than an arms distance which left me feeling confident in the 'thorough' check up. So if you're not feeling well, I recommend going to a legit doctor. If you want a bottle of pop and a magazine, CVS would suffice. read more

I first have to say that the staff at this CVS in the Middle of Worthington has always been polite and professional when I have had to buy something there. This is about an extremely unsafe Covid policy that needs to change. A few days ago I walked the few minutes from my home to the drive through to collect a prescription. I wore a mask and attempted to use the drive through due to the Covid situation, but was told by the pharmacists that CVS had a policy, brought in earlier in the year, that did not allow people to walk up to the drive through to collect prescriptions and that I would have to enter the store. From a Covid safety standpoint, it makes absolutely no sense to enter the store with all the other sick people, who I could see lining up in an enclosed space, and with most of them not wearing masks. Many banks are only using drive through service for Covid health and safety reasons, so why is a pharmacy chain deciding to do otherwise at this time? While the staff members who informed me of the policy were polite, it is patently clear this company and its corporate office do not care about your health and well-being, but they do care about making money from you being sick. Locals have suggested CVS simply wants people to enter the store so that they buy other items once they are inside. Maybe they are correct. Along with this review, my doctor will also be informed why I will no longer provide this company with my custom. read more

This pharmacy is by far the best, quickest, and most customer friendly CVS I've ever been too. I frequent here monthly and I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes for my prescription. Every single employee working is kind, efficient, and attentive. I always get greeted immediately even if they are busy. I would recommend to anyone that needs to get a prescription to go here. Terrible service. No exaggeration - they have not gotten my prescriptions right the last SIX times I've gone to pick them up. One that I take daily and needs a prior authorization they wait to fax the doctors office 2 days before I run out. PAs never turn around that fast - they know this - so I'm without meds. I have changed all my RX to another pharmacy. The incompetence is so great I fear they will give me the wrong meds. read more

I don't write a lot of reviews about big national chains but wanted to at least say something about the nice experience I had. This particular CVS has a very convenient location. I had a total of about 3 minutes to be in the store, huge hurry. But I was in and out quickly. The staff was nice and helpful, and, above all else on this day, they were quick. It is a very nice, brand new building. I don't know what more you can ask for from a CVS. read more

Great place to find something quickly, helpful that it is close to my home and work. The manager and her staff are always friendly and very helpful and just do a great job overall this location is kept clean and well stocked daily as i stop at this location weekly. read more
