While cultural differences may play a role, one would expect all employees representing a business to maintain a standard of respect and customer service. There are many gas stations in the area--perhaps too many to count--and my family (my husband, son, and I) will be taking our business elsewhere moving forward. I always prefer to support local businesses, but respect and kindness should be part of every customer experience.

They need to go back to properly labelling their goods because it's much harder to shop here now without the price tags.

You can choose to do it as a group (up to 4 people I believe), so you can have the same appointment time. After we got to the store, we checked in via a link we received on text. We were told to wait by the pharmacy and that we would be called. We waited about 5 minutes and then were called in by the pharmacist. The pharmacist was quick. She did not ask for our physical vaccination cards or even on our phone. She just asked when was the last COVID shot we got. We were instructed to sit for 15 minutes after the shot. I did not like the fact that we did not receive a booster information sheet afterward. I think it is something important to have, especially since now there are multiple booster variations available.
