They open and close at weird times. They never call when prescriptions are refillable or ready for pick up, even though I asked them to. The straw that broke the camels back was, I called in my script for my thyroid med, waited 2 days and called them and they said its ready. Go to pick it up at 9:50 am (they open at 9am) and the pharmacist overslept. They said he'll be here in 20 minutes, so we waited. He never showed up so we went and did a couple little errands came back at 10:50 and there's still no pharmacist here so now they're calling in another pharmacist and came up with another story so needless to say, I transferred from CVS to an independent pharmacy. read more

Have made mistakes every time my doctor sends Rx here. Blamed "computers" "the system" "insurance" , I keep track of my Rxs and keep up to date info on my profile, Wesley Chapel CVS is perfect every time. Went to get some cold medicine. it was locked up so I went to the pharmacy which is 20' away. After waiting a couple of minutes a young lady informed that she would be with me as soon as possible mind you I was the only person in the entire store. After waiting a few minutes the phone in the pharmacy rang with three other employees in the pharmacy she stopped what she was doing and answered the phone. Call me old fashioned but shouldn't you help the person waiting before answering the phone. I then walked all the way through an empty store to the cashier who left the front end to assist me although there were no other employees present. I recently moved to the area and was considering CVS for my prescriptions. Needless to say I won't be back. read more

I ordered my medication on a Saturday went to go pick it up on Thursday they told me they put it back to stock we only hold them for up to 14 days I told her it has only been 5 days what the F, so she starts to type away on the computer and again says she does not know what happened but they were back to stock, I can reorder them and have them ready for you tomorrow, I was not happy but i told her fine, so I went home, so the next day after work I went by to pick up meds this pharmacy tech told me she had nothing on order for me. I am so F mad but I in a nice voice told her the story of what happened yesterday she got on the computer and looked and she told me that she see the return of medication but there is no orders but I can order them for you will be ready tomorrow, I just looked at her, she did not apologized or anything. I drove off. this is not the only time this has happened, it happened at the pharmacy across the way on dean dairy road and 54 they never apologize either. I would give zero stars if I could. We have had nothing but problems at this pharmacy. Unfortunately, our insurance requires that we use CVS and this one happens to be the closest. We have tried to move our scripts to other CVS stores and they got lost. 90% of the staff at this location are incompetent, liars, and rude. My son has autism and ADHD, and anytime I try to talk to them about his medications I am treated like I'm a drug addict. I literally have to refill his ADHD medication on the 30th day of every month and several times they have been out even though they assured me they would keep it in stock. This means that my son has had to miss school because he has gone without his medications. The pharmacists there are always temporary and incredibly rude. They give false information. They don't care about anybody. The wait times are astronomical and I have been in line before and people that came up after me have been taken instead. This is by far one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. I have had to cancel vacations because they told me Medications will be ready and they weren't.THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I switch from mail order to using the CVS for my prescriptions I called me saying they would call my doctor to get refills they text me to tell me the doctor denied them I call my doctor confirmed they were going to approve all 4 of my medicines then I got a text it was ready only to tell me 2 were readyand they're trying to tell me it was my doctor's fault which I doubt when you check out they want you to approve that you got your medicines but don't give you the medicine to confirm the prescription numbers been there twice to get two sets of medicine very frustrating experience read more

Worst cvs I've been to. I now travel 5 miles further to use another location. I had an issue with the manager, Daryl. First he tried to lie to me and said that they no longer carried an item. Then when I pointed out the end cap stocked with the items he said he didn't have to accept the return because it was up to his decision. I no longer had my receipt, we I originally tried to return it 2 months ago with a receipt they said they couldn't accept returns due to COVID. read more

on 8/6/19 the pharmacy received scripts for my grandson. There was a problem with his Medicaid numbers ..the pharmacist was excellent and helped to secure the info we needed for his medicines ...He worked on it diligently and secured the approvals for us ...it took several hours doing this for us besides taking care of other customers . Before his shift ended he had everything available for us to pick up, He was extremely polite , personable and efficient and professional...He is an ANGEL WITHOUT WINGS..and deserves a raise . We are new to this area ..only being in Florida 3 weeks ..WE will return here for any and all of our needs . He deserves a big THANK YOU and a pat on his back for a JOB WELL DONE.
