I can't say enough great and awesome things about Out of the Box and especially their owners Eva and Donald and all of their employees. First of all, as you know moving is a very stressful event and to move 4 hours away if even more stressful, but Eva and Donald made it so less stressful. Actually, because Donald and Stephen are both very personable, positive and upbeat they made the move for me fun and enjoyable. They are both very hard workers. Eva was enjoyable to work with as well and very accommodating to all my needs and stress about the move. I highly recommend Out of the Box to anyone who is moving locally or long distance, they are by far the best moving company I have ever dealt with. When I moved, I moved my contract and put in place preventative termite (all wood destroying) protection -- as I have a wood back patio and shed. It is more economical that way - they are so GREAT. Then about a year later, I had them come by to check what I thought was a pile of a new problem on the golf cart garage - they told me it was dead and to sweep away and how to work that out. Eva handled the contracting, and the value was really good compared to quotes from other nearby moving companies. I contracted Out of the Box Moving and requested a 2-man team to move a 3 bedroom house. Donald and his colleague were efficient between moving out of my old house into my new house. They took care of the cushioning and wrapping for certain items such as the sofa, dining table top, and filing cabinet to prevent damage during transport. They also disassemble and reassemble any furniture that requires it. Everything went smoothly from contracting through final payment for services.
