They tried to charge me double for the overgrown bits and then they agreed to lower the price. You would think it would be because they would have to bag it, but no, they obviously did not bag anything. I had vegetables that were spilling out over the raised planters, and they cut them all to hell, the yard looks like shredded ass. The worst I have ever experienced! They offered to send someone back out to fix it but to be honest, I don't want them anywhere near my yard ever again. I am so disappointed!!!

Granted, they disclosed after the fact that bagging the grass would cost an additional $10 (we assumed bagging the grass would be a given). Our lawn actually looked better prior to these people coming in to cut it. If I could rate them fewer stars I would. After many emails to the owner about my concerns with the health of the grass, all I was told was "it will green up" and "we don't believe it's a fungus." I've had professionals out to look, and it was diagnosed with a fungus. I found out this company should have treated for fungus prior to sod installation. In addition, they damaged my newly painted fence with the weedeater, and after speaking with the owner several times, continued to happen. My gate was also scratched up when they removed tree branches from the yard. They never repaired any of this or reimbursed me.
