Erik argued with me constantly, telling me what I was seeing wasn't fleas(we had two types of fleas in our home--sticktight fleas and fleas from a wild bird nest our dogs had gotten into). When I asked him why I was still seeing fleas after he treated, he informed me by law he wasn't allowed to come back out and treat for 2 weeks. We eventually called someone else out(after our flea problem had gotten much worse), who informed us whatever he sprayed in our home wasn't even the right stuff for fleas, and the two week thing was a lie. So between the gaslighting me, awful service, and the tension he caused between me and my spouse I would not recommend using this company. The new guy I had come out told us we were the second customer he had gotten from this company that week for awful service, if that tells you anything. As for value, it was a complete waste of money, and I have no idea what this guy even sprayed in my home. Steer clear of this company!

There were 2 providers that serviced my area, "Ponder Pest Control (w/no reviews) & a bigger named company (with a lot of reviews & 4.5 rating). I requested information from both providers. Digging into each providers information individually, I noticed the "bigger named" company offered a 24 hour chat service! I reached out to them and they replied promptly. I was impressed with their immediate response and after a 10-15 minute chat, I was assured they would have someone follow up with me first thing in the morning. Well, I was confident that the "bigger named" company would be the one to reach out to me first and would ultimately get my business. I was wrong! Ben @Ponder Pest Control contacted me at 7:20am the following day! I requested an initial estimate and then if possible, service on the same day. He promptly responded and scheduled me for his next opening, at 11am, the same day. He was on time, extremely professional, knowledgeable & courteous. He didn't try to up-sale additional treatments that weren't required. He simply provided the service that was required to treat my issue. He scheduled me for 3 weeks out to follow up & offered to return should I need his service prior to the next appointment. Honestly folks, this kind of service is what's been missing in our world today! Ben runs his business with "old school" values but is definitely up to speed with today's technology and products!
