Better service would be hard to find! New to area and a…read morenumber of companies were putting me off for a week or more. Been very wet this Spring and critters I've never dealt with before were becoming prolific! Sorry, but when you find things in your dinner all you can do is yell for help! Several companies asked for nearly two bills and couldn't accommodate for over a week and somewhat uncaring in their attitude on the phone. Not acceptable! The girl I spoke with from Adams was very professional and accommodating going above and beyond to find an immediate solution. Serviceman showed up the next afternoon and even contacted the company to work out a better cost for the service. He knew exactly the type of critters I was battling and took care of the property inside and out. I've dealt with a number of notable exterminating companies and even demanded one or two to leave the property. I am beyond satisfied with the level of care and service provided with Adams, I can't say enough for these people!

Consumer Beware: I…read morewould not normally provide such a negative review, but in this case, I felt obligated to warn others. I recently had to file a breach of contract claim against Wise/Chem because they failed to provide service and refused to refund my money. While in court, Wise/Chem made blatant lies to the Judge and I called them out on such lies. Thankfully, the Judge didn't believe their lies either. So, if Wise/Chem has no problem lying to a Judge, under oath, they have no problem lying to their customers. Wise/Chem also falsely claimed to be accredited by the Better Business Bureau when in fact they were not (as told by the BBB after I filed a complaint against Wise/Chem). This company absolutely lacks good morals, values and ethics. There are much better pest control businesses out there that are cheaper and actually find solutions to pesty problems rather than just spraying pesticide. Although I do not endorse other businesses, the company I have entrusted has been "Golden" and I could not be happier with their service. So glad to be done with Wise/Chem's deception, arrogance and dishonesty. I look forward to receiving my court ordered check from this defeated company.

The installation was extremely neat and unobtrusive. They took their time and were thorough. Their manner was ver courteous and pleasant. We had our system put in earlier than is needed, but I look forward to their return and to putting the system to good use. I highly recommend calling them.

The rep totally misrepresented everything. He said they would kill, remove and clean all traces of mud wasps, then spray a deterrent. False. They can only knock off a bit and aren't allowed to actually clean the wall and do not spray deterrent either. Was then quoted $2500 if I wanted them to put snap traps inside the house. Not included as they initially confirmed. And the fire ants are so much worse since DANCAN. I was also told I could cancel whenever, no mention of a 12 month contract from the extremely misleading door to door rep. I went to buy more of what I had that was working from Lowe's instead and requested to cancel. No one calls back. Text support says they will cancel it and have a manager call me. It's been weeks of this and I'm now getting emails that they are trying to come service the address and bill me again. This is absurd.

At no point have I given notice that all is good. As for contacting your company I've contacted them several times to get return service as well as make complaints about an ongoing issue as well as lack of communication, even when the person answers the phone and says a manager will call, which in most cases didn't happen. I've had techs say they would call and follow up with no follow up. I've had managers say they do something and then no communication. The point of this, if a person or a company representative says they are going to do something than they should follow through. Communication is vital, even if it's simply to say "we are still working on it". Part of my contention as well is I've paid $100's for a fix, and in all fairness I'll say that I'm told the last service fee will be waived. However, I've paid an outside company to come and spray my yard to help combat these springtails and they've accomplished more in one treatment than Hometeam has all year. This has helped the in some small way with the internal pests. The issue is both outside and inside. If the mass population isn't controlled outside than the inside areas will always be an issue. The TAEXX system that your company uses is supposed to control these creatures before they enter the living space. That was the selling point. It has not worked on these springtails. As an update, yesterday one of the managers finally called and requested pictures. I later sent these pictures yesterday evening. He stated he will contact me in the next few days and that he'd have another option to pursue. We want to use the TAEXX system, and being as tho your the only company that has the service, we are cornered into using your business, for now. I've had several neighbors have similar issues and all of them are using a different service provider and they all claim their problem has been solved. I'm still open to give your business the opportunity to find a solution, but that window is slowly closing the longer it takes. I have a nice master bath that my wife is reluctant to use because she doesn't want to share it with bugs or sit in it after cleaning it for fear of them hoping out of the wall and into the water. There is a solution to these pests, all I've asked is that your representatives do what they say they will do which was follow up, check in like they say they will knowing there's an issue, and continue to find a fix.
