Claudio arrived ontime and ready to work. He was friendly, hardworking and very conscious of my belongings. He dropped clothed the area. He kept me updated with any issues to include necessary patchwork. He works efficiently by himself. Each job was completed in the assigned timeframe and he took the time to thoroughly cleanup when he was down. I've decided to keep on going. He recently did a 2 story hallway. My house looks beautiful with the new color. While I did not budget for the additional space at the time, I felt the need to keep on going . The owner is a true professional who cares about the quality of his work and satisfaction of his customers. For scheduling he was always timely with his communication with me by phone and text. When he arrived the temperature was below freezing and the day after a major blizzard; but he was punctual and careful to not track in any snow. He prepped drop cloths to protect my hard wood floors and carpets leading up to and within the work site on the second floor. I had a challenging type of zero VOC, no solvent paint for my nursery that was thicker than normal petroleum based paint. But he tested it and applied it with perfection. He also patched a hole in my closet wall really nicely. Overall a very tidy, comprehensive, and friendly experience. I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and have never been that inclined to write a review (until now). If you are looking for a reasonable, talented, professional and polite painter to work with...I highliy recommend Claudio!! He painted the loft/office space above our garage and we could not be happier with his work. He was very easy to get a hold of, communicated regularly with us the week leading up to our appointment and showed up right on time. When I checked on him mid afternoon, he had taken pictures of how he covered the furniture and hardwood floors with plastic tarps...he even taped off the banisters to ensure no paint would get on them. My wife and I were a little unsure of whether to hire someone to paint our living room and foyer or to just do it ourselves. We've been extremely busy so we decided to spend the money on a pro, and boy are we glad we did. Not only did it save us the time and trouble, but CW's owner Claudio and his assistant Jack were two of the most professional, courteous people you could ask for. Claudio was completely transparent about cost and time, and did not go over budget. And Jack, who did the brunt of the work, was friendly, quiet, asked for nothing, wore a mask the entire time without asking even when alone in a room, and most importantly he did a stupendous job. Had my bedroom painted by Claudio. I got it through an online deal that was limited to 12x12 rooms. I was worried my room might be too complicated for the deal (curved walls, a "shelf" going around 3 walls, etc). I sent a few pictures via email and Claudio assured me I qualified for the deal. He was extremely nice and professional on the day of the painting. The humidity was high in my room and took a very long time to dry. Claudio stayed the whole day to put on the second coat. Claudio is professional, highly skilled, honest, and takes pride in his work. The painting he did was flawless. The prep work and clean up were second to none and made it barely noticeable that they were even at the house. Claudio and his team did a fabulous job painting our living room and two ceilings! The house is very old with loads of cracks, that they masterfully plastered and patched. The job took longer than he expected because more coats were required and he wanted it to be just right. He honored the price he gave and apologized for the extra time. This was unnecessary, as we were thankful that he took the time to do it properly. They were also very neat and careful with our things. They showed up just at the time that said they would. They wore masks the whole time they were here. They charged the amount they said they would. Both guys, father and son, were polite , friendly and cleaned up after themselves. What more can you ask! The job was completed quickly and very neat and precise. When he came out I needed to add on the ceilings. He was very happy to add them on and quoted me a fair price. He had to stay extra time because of it. His work was very clean.
