The lawn is watered by a professionally installed irrigation system that runs on schedule and works perfectly, so this is not a watering issue. This is a problem with the installation itself. When we asked Gerrior to correct their work, they refused to do it under warranty and said they would only fix it if we paid again for time and materials. We paid six figures for a lawn that died in weeks, and the company will not stand behind its own work. As of today, nothing has been repaired. I will update this review if Gerrior makes this right.

Watching his men cut perfect curves in pavers using a diamond blade chop saw was amazing. The end result was a perfectly graded and sculptured paver walkway and patio addition that matched our existing work perfectly.
