They are - in my personal experience, as well as according to many friends I consulted - far and away the best auto body shop around, and actually worked alongside our insurance rep so we did not need to. Friendly, efficient, and considerate throughout the entire process, they went above and beyond (so rare, these days) the physical repairs by cleaning and detailing our car (not, by the way, a luxury brand) inside and out, even topping off fluids and air in the tires. A friend of mine, who lives and works in Aventura, lent me her car and I accidentally dented her hood. I live in Atlanta and, in trying to make the repairs as easy as possible for her, I called Yuri because of his currently good reviews. All I was trying to ask him was "Do you do mobile estimates and, if not, could I pay you to make an exception and do one." Right from the start, Yuri was unpleasant. "I am with customer, just bring car in for estimate." Ummm, no can do, I live in Atlanta. I said, "That is what I am calling about. Can you do an mobile estimate for my friend who is in Aventura." He cut me off without even trying to listen, "No, no mobile, no mobile." I then attempted to ask if I could pay him to do a mobile estimate." Again, "No mobile, no mobile." I got the very distinct feeling he had already assumed I was looking for mobile repair but noooo, I couldn't get a word in edgewise. Now, I pay people for their inconvenience, but he wasn't making a single shred of an effort to listen to me, nor did he offer to take my number and call me back when he was less busy. How unbelievably frustrating! If he's that difficult in a phone call, I can't even imagine dealing with him on car repairs. Below unsatisfactory. We have been with Yuri for few years few cars in the family. I brought my BMW x3 for repair after a guy scratched it on a parking lot. Was repaired. After that he called me and said that it was a strong wind and the roof came down by accident. He did the repair so bad that even trade in BMW refused to take my car due to the frame damage( did not tell me) BMW reported that it's been a damage from the back as someone hit it. I brought the car back a week later, and Yuri got it done faster than I had asked (I was out of town anyways). He also fixed a couple of other scratches under the bumper and replaces some plastic flaps which has broken off. He didn't even charge me for fixing the rest of the bumper. My mom and I brought my dad's car here for an initial estimate on having a huge hole in the roof repaired (after market sunroof gone bad). Yuri, the owner, greeted us and explained in detail what would need to be done. He was so friendly and warm, he put us at ease right away. My wife's brand new car was hit while parked. Luckily there were witnesses, and I obtained the police report and insurance info. However, the at-fault driver's insurance has a bad reputation. The dealer recommended a shop, but they refused to even do an estimate. I looked around and found these great reviews for Superior Auto Body, and decided to give them a call. I spoke to Yury and was very upfront with him about my situation, and the insurance company we were dealing with. "Don't worry, bring it in, bring it in." I was in the midst of selling my beautiful porsche boxster and someone side swiped it in the parking garage leaving a very noticeable long scuff mark on the door and an accompanying small dent (but NOT leaving any note from the driver who hit me, of course). I called around and found Superior Auto Body and spoke directly to the owner. I took my car in that afternoon, and he evaluated it, and then gave me an appointment for the very next day (because of my circumstances). I waited in the shop while he and his crew took care of it. They expertly removed the dent from the inside (as well as removing another small dent in the other door) and then buffed out the scuff mark. It was a fabulous job! All performed while KEEPING THE ORIGINAL PAINT, and never disturbing the gloss of the high-gloss metallic sheen. These guys are ARTISTS! It looked perfect when he was done with it, he even fixed a small dent that was on the door before the accident. Looked brand new when he got it back to me. I dropped a heavy object on a 2012 loaner car that I was driving- and freaked out! I immediately thought that this was going to be an outrageous auto body repair bill. I searched the internet and found Superior. I emailed a photo of the damage and followed up with a phone call. The manager gave me a quote over the phone that I thought was fair. I took the car the next day and waited an hour or so for the repair as mentioned. I was shocked at how they repaired the dent without painting. Now I can return the car as I borrowed it. The management and staff were professional and personable. In Miami, It is hard to find a place to go without fearing being ripped off. Where do I begin; there is nothing I could write in this review that would convey the feeling of gratitude and joy that I feel to, not only have my car back, but, looking and running the way it is now. Yuri and his team have turned over to me a new car. The same car that I dropped off to them broken and not drivable. A few weeks back, I was involved in an accident. My first one ever (pretty good coming from a 48 year old man). The front end damage was such that I believed my car was totaled. My car is fully paid for so I no longer have full coverage. In addition, I am presently unemployed. I tell you all this so that you can have a full picture of why I am so grateful to them. The first garage I took the car to gave me a quote of $6500. That is almost the value of the car. Another garage wouldn't touch the job. I took it to superior on a recommendation from a friend. Yuri's initial quote was significantly lower than the first quote I received. I shared with him my situation and told him that my family was going to help pay for this and I could not bring myself to ask them for such a large check. So, even with his lower quote, I was going to sell it for parts. Well, the man with the big heart kept looking at where he could cut costs and ultimately brought down the figure to $4000.00. It was on! My baby was going to get fixed. I have a Mazda 3 from 2006, so it had it's share of dings and scratches including 1 large dent on the passenger door. Needless to say, the car that I picked up today from Superior, is a new car. Not only was the damage from the accident fixed beautify, but all the dings scratches and the dent on the door gone. The engine was inspected cleaned and he even gave me a new battery (said it was my Christmas gift). I can't write enough about it, so here is a link to photos of my baby.
