Adrian was really helpful, did a good job explaining the different material. I didn't know that but now there'a a material that can absorb the UV and heat and is clear, so perfect for the windshield!! In Miami you really need all the help to not get baked inside your car! There are a few chairs inside, with TV and a Keurig machine for tea and coffee. We went to the library down the street for a little while as they worked on our car.

Well this wagon has been sitting in the hot Florida sun all these years and of course some of the tinting was bubbling. I called and spoke to Adrian who told me to bring it in for a look and he told me that he would honor the guarantee and replaced all the window tinting. Did I mention 28 year old tinting!! Turns out that the car was no longer in the computer for automated cutting of the film panels for each window so Adrian had one of his top installers (Joey) manually cut and fit each window. It took a couple of days but was well worth the wait. I can't recommend this company enough - great detailed work, excellent communication and a real dedication to customer service - pretty rare in today's world. I have tinted at least 4 other vehicles there and will continue to use them for all my future purchases!

The lobby has been rearranged since my last visit and feels much more spacious, with drinks and snacks available for customers. After chatting briefly with Gigi and another customer, my car was ready. The tint is laser cut for precision. I went to them for inspection and replacement, and after brief contact, they dropped off the map and failed to respond to my text messages. Don't buy into their top quality, lifetime warranty bull. Better just to buy the cheapest film available and expect to replace it every 4-5 years. The owner, Vitaly followed up with me and offered to fix the problem. He replaced the defective film under warranty and made it perfect again. He is a very reputable business owner and clearly expresses a desire to please his customers with the best service and product. I strongly recommend this shop. Updated April, 2024.
