She was great and she was very knowledgeable of each one. They even have a person on the site that has been repairing and refurbishing washers and dryer's for almost 30 years. He was very nice and he knew his work. I purchased a dryer "That day" and it was delivered "That Day". I didn't even spend what thought I would spend. There was a delivery fee but overall, we have a great dryer, it gets nice and hot, it drys quick, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It works like brand new. I definitely recommend going here! Oh and in case you're wondering about how long ago I purchased our dryer; it's been almost two months and it still works great!

The dishwasher install was a challenge for them as the area where the unit would set was/is below floor level by a half inch requiring that the old unit had to be carefully maneuvered to be removed and the same with the new unit being properly placed. I explained the situation and they said they would have someone out in under an hour and a half. Cornelius called when en route to provide his eta. That is service! He came, I explained the situation, about 30 minutes he came back and told me the issue and already have a solution and provided me with the amount. He was able to fix my washer in under two hours, where had I gone through the warranty company, they would not have even been able to come out until a week out. For under $500, I think it was well worth it, and he also provided me with insight on how to prevent future issues from arising. Hands done the best appliance company you could ask for.

More calls, more texts, all ignored. He came to my property, caused damage, dodged my calls, screened me by number, and then went completely silent.
