She was great and she was very knowledgeable of each one. They even have a person on the site that has been repairing and refurbishing washers and dryer's for almost 30 years. He was very nice and he knew his work. I purchased a dryer "That day" and it was delivered "That Day". I didn't even spend what thought I would spend. There was a delivery fee but overall, we have a great dryer, it gets nice and hot, it drys quick, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It works like brand new. After calling around, we found Fischer's Appliance Repair and they agreed to come out the next day. They arrived when promised and checked the unit. They were able to tell almost immediately that the compressor had died. They told us the likely replacement cost (even if we could find a replacement) - over $1,000! This is a big enough % of the replacement cost that we opted to skip the repair and started looking for a replacement instead. We did have to pay for a service call, but compared to other similar repair visits, their rate was fairly reasonable. Based on their visit as well as the level of difficulty in scheduling any alternatives, I'd gladly utilize Fischer's Appliance Repair again in the future.
