She was great and she was very knowledgeable of each one. They even have a person on the site that has been repairing and refurbishing washers and dryer's for almost 30 years. He was very nice and he knew his work. I purchased a dryer "That day" and it was delivered "That Day". I didn't even spend what thought I would spend. There was a delivery fee but overall, we have a great dryer, it gets nice and hot, it drys quick, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It works like brand new. I definitely recommend going here! Oh and in case you're wondering about how long ago I purchased our dryer; it's been almost two months and it still works great!

The dishwasher install was a challenge for them as the area where the unit would set was/is below floor level by a half inch requiring that the old unit had to be carefully maneuvered to be removed and the same with the new unit being properly placed. He came, I explained the situation, about 30 minutes he came back and told me the issue and already have a solution and provided me with the amount. He was able to fix my washer in under two hours, where had I gone through the warranty company, they would not have even been able to come out until a week out. For under $500, I think it was well worth it, and he also provided me with insight on how to prevent future issues from arising. Hands done the best appliance company you could ask for.

I pointed out that his birthday did not stop him from returning a call he did not recognize. It only stopped him from returning mine. He promised to send an invoice and follow up. He did neither. More calls, more texts, all ignored. He came to my property, caused damage, dodged my calls, screened me by number, and then went completely silent. We contacted him to fix a 3 year old GE Profile Refrigerator ice maker and freezer compartment. He came out, told us we needed a new ice maker motor and a new type of Freon and because it is expensive we needed to pay in advance. He stated he get the part and would be back in the morning to fix it. (I had just bought groceries and was worried about losing them.) We wrote him a check, that he cashed immediately the next morning. We waited until the noon and called him. He stated he was waiting on his friend with the Freon and would be out, he never came. We called and canceled and he stated he would bring us a check less the $150 service fee. Later I attempted to call and realized he had blocked both mine and my husband's number. We have been trying to locate him to sue him civilly and that's when I saw another Yelp review where he did the same thing to a guy in Decatur on 4/13/2025. Please if anybody knows where I can locate him or an address I would really appreciate it. Please look at this picture and never hire this man...He will take your money and run.
