Used classpass to try out the SPARQ Loved this class! The instructor, Johnnie, was super professional, motivating, and cool. The drills were tough and my legs felt like jello afterwards! Also loved the community vibe here, and as an out of towner (and first timer) appreciated not having to listen to a sales pitch. CYB is in the Piedmont Court Building. Right next to the Fairfield Inn. Parking - there is a huge lot. It's behind the Piedmont Court Building. When you get out of the car, look to the right of the building. You'll see double doors that lead to CYB's entrance. If locked - just knock on the door. Wlaa or someone will come get you. Space - I'd say medium. They have an open area section, area for lifting, and an area w/ treadmill, rower, and etc. I've gone to maybe 3-4 classes here. By the end of each class, my body is on FIRE. Some classes were circuit training, working on your lower body, and working on your upper body. Wlaa has been my instructor for all classes. He's super energetic, loud (in a good way), and happy. He's fairly good at correcting any bad form I have. Make sure to eat healthy beforehand. Would be helpful. read more

Come prepared to "Catch Yo Breath"! I've been working with Wlaa for almost two years now and he is the absolute best! This isn't one size fits all training these are custom plans individually designed for each person. The CYB team take their time and walk through your fitness goals with you and then design a plan that will work for you and your lifestyle. Wlaa has an energy that is infectious. Even on days when I don't necessarily want to work out he's there to push me through it. It's hard not to be motivated when your trainer is so hype! The new space is UH-MAY-ZING! Wlaa takes the time to get to know you, your habits, and your goals. He created a customized plan with reasonable and achievable goals yet still challenges me along the way. He is consistent in checking in with me throughout the week, making sure I am staying on track. The studio is the perfect size, as the classes are always kept small, which I like. It allows for personalized attention throughout the workout. He pays attention to form, something I find important and don't find from many other workout instructors. Also, if you have any injuries, he modifies workouts accordingly while always making sure you are ok. The WERK group workouts are 45 minutes, circuit style, which keeps things interesting and not as repetitive. Each time you come back it's something different. CYB is the hottest new gym in Buckhead. The owner, Wlaa Weeks, has been training for years and you can tell from meeting him that he knows what he is talking about and loves what he does. He takes the time to customize each personal training session to target the parts of your body that need to be hit in order to meet the goals yall set together during your first session. THE BEST. I've been working out with Wlaa for about 8 months now and he's about as good as it gets! The workouts are intense and challenging and custom designed each session. Whether you are in the gym or at home, CYB keeps you updated and will send the workout program to your mobile which is super efficient and one of my favorite aspects. One of the most challenging and rewarding things I've ever done for myself is join the 30 day challenge at CYB Fit Lab in December. I was stuck in the cycle of wanting to get healthy, but not really having the motivation, accountability or tools. I would start and give up every few months, lacking the confidence that I could actually make a difference in my life. I heard about CYB from one of the trainers and I thought I would give it a try. I arrived at this beautiful brand new studio complete with every type of equipment, to do any type of exercise you could think about doing. During the first class I took I knew Wlaa, the owner, was going to challenge me out of my comfort zone mindset. 5 minutes into the first class I thought I would die, then I had a chance to CYB "catch my breath" and I was hooked!!! I kept coming back morning after morning just to see if I could actually survive the class. There was so much variety that I couldn't possibly get bored or even know what was going to come at me next. Slowly my mindset changed from "I can't do this" to "I can and I will do this" to "I want to do this"! Each class lead me to grow in confidence and strength. I live most of my life trying to be comfortable and make others comfortable, but sometimes you have to push past that and dig in and WORK! This challenge gave me the accountability, motivation and tools to break through that mindset. At the end of the 30 days, Wlaa gave everyone a private coaching consultation to compare measurements and set goals for the next part of the journey. I had lost 3% body fat, about 6 lbs, and 6.5 inches overall. Those are just the minor details for me. The things I'm really proud of are that I ran a 1/2 mile outside in the cold in 5 minutes when I'm not a runner, I can hold plank for at least 30 seconds now and I can lift 15 lbs with my wimpy arms. I am truly grateful for Wlaa, Candice and Brady, the Body Architects at CYB that are passionate about what they do and have inspired and motivated me on this journey. This boutique gym is the real deal!it just opened in November 2015 so all their equipment is brand new. The entire feel Of the place is modern and stylish. Wla the owner is the perfect role model. Not only does he tell you in classes what he expects but also does he show exactly how the exercise is done. Very hands on but not any way annoying. The best thing I've done for myself in a long time was to join the CYB group. The 30 day challenge pushed, motivated, and transformed my body in just 30 days.
