Lee was referred by a friend when our computer was hacked. He walked us thru the issue, resolving it, during the first phone call. More minor issues, with both our computers, same thing. Fixed with single phone call. When my hard drive died last year, zero back up, he was able to get most of my data from the fried, dead, drive. He also coached me thru new laptop purchase, and made the purchase, installed software, met with me for a lesson on how to use it. When my new laptop was crushed late last year, the hard drive was barely affected, he again was able to get all my data. Coached me again on new laptop, he made the purchase, passing along a great discount, as he did the first time.
