I stumbled upon a cool comic store on my way for a quick bite. Now I'm not really into comics but it was neat to see such a vast collection. It was piles and piles and shelves full of comics from marvel to mangas and also a lot of Funko Pop toys. They even have a Rugrats comic... if ya know, ya know (hello 90's kid). Apparently they don't have live inventory on their website but you can come in and ask for help. The staff/owner was really friendly and welcoming. They will be having a Black Friday sale so if you're looking to score a deal, be sure to check it out soon. Now the store could be a bit more organized... but with so many comics, I don't know how else they can improve it. They also have a lot of dust in some of their shelves but the comics are fine. read more

Great selection of books with a lot of hidden gems. Couldn't recommend this place enough

10/10 this place is amazing! the selection is great the staff and customers all are great people. friendly environment,great pricing friendly staff and they helped me get back into comic collecting. i just got back into it after years so im really far behind on whats in whats new and what sort of series would fit my taste and i was scared to ask and get judged but boy oh boy i was so surprised when everyone just chimed in recommending me things after i described my taste and the way they all are just happy to answer nerdy questions is such a breath of fresh air compared to other comic stores. the only down side is its a bit cramped but they do have a dog in there so that makes up for it. if you have the chance id definitely check it out!! read more

This place is located up on the second floor, small but pack full with all kinds of comics and geek memorabilia. The guys know a lot and are always available if you have any questions. I love in Scarborough but definitely worth the drive out. Also, they have an awesome membership deal which is perfect for those getting started or who are serious comic book readers. read more

This place is a little too cramped, so much so that I accidentally knocked something over. But, because it is cramped, it lends itself to a massive variety of comics, graphic novels, anime, toys, memorabilia and figurines! A good place to check out if you're in the area. read more

I have only recently discovered Cyber City Comics, and I couldn't be happier. A friendly, knowledgeable staff is on site to help you with any questions. They have a great stock of not only books, but toys, collectibles, games and more. They also have amazing sales at their warehouse. I used to shop here weekly, and drove about half an hour to get there. And really, it was worth it even on a busy Wednesday at opening. Many stores have good staff. Some even have great staff. The owner here is probably the nicest comic book/hobby store owner in Toronto, and I have been a customer at pretty much all of them. The off-peak day staff is just as friendly and welcoming, and it honestly amazes me how difficult that is to find with other stores. It's a small store, but it manages to have quite a bit of variety considering the size. Focusing on comics and graphic novels, but a really good selection of toys, and other merchandise considering the size. Usually even for unpopular items, at least a couple are ordered meaning non-regulars and those who want to make an impulse buy still have a chance; but by all means place an order if there's something upcoming that you really want. Frequent sales, fairly regular warehouse sales featuring a great selection of bargain older items, a really fair membership system and more make this a really good store to visit. I look forward to returning there once I am settled back in. It's a store that makes you want to shop there for gifts, and even makes you want to be sure that a certain item is unobtainable there or inexcusably cheaper online before shopping elsewhere. At least when I shopped there, so many of the regulars are friendly, well mannered, and intelligent as well. It was a place I was excited and happy to visit no matter what the day. Also be sure to visit Cybercity at various conventions, especially Anime North. It's perhaps not the place to visit for making unreasonable deal requests on Friday afternoon, but it offers a great selection of warehouse stuff and storefront items for a little less if you're not a store member. read more

One of the best comic shops in the city. It is well organized, and has a good selection of just about everything in comics toys manga anime etc... Lifetime time membership which offers decent discounts, and the clientele is helpful. Awesome dog named dexter holds the place down! read more
