We were literally heading out of Moab when the tire forced us to turn back and kill some time in town. Driving down Main Street, we spotted the Twisted Jeeps sign, and something about it just felt right. Within minutes, it was obvious why the universe slowed us down. This was the detour we were meant to take. Not long after walking in, we were set up with a fully lifted Rubicon on monster tires and handed an itinerary that promised to show us Moab in a way most people never get to experience. Nick took care of us from start to finish. He was calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, confident, and safe before sending us off. The Jeep itself was unreal. There wasn't a single obstacle it couldn't handle. I played around a bit with four wheel drive, switching between high and low until it clicked, and once it did, we were unstoppable. We tackled trail after trail, climbed to the tops of mountains, and cruised past side-by sides, 4Runners, and Land Cruisers along the way. The capability of that Jeep was impressive, but what surprised me most was how comfortable the ride was the entire time. I get the appeal of side by sides. They're fast and exciting. But with a Twisted Jeep, you get the best of everything. Power, comfort, confidence, and the feeling that you can go anywhere without sacrificing the experience. Huge thanks to Nick for making it all happen. My son and I had an absolute blast, and this is a memory we'll be talking about for a long time. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Moab.

The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared that we had a great (and safe!) adventure. Special shout-out to Sabrina, who was an absolute rockstar--helpful, patient, and kind from start to finish. The Jeep was in excellent condition and performed beautifully... right up until Elephant Hill reminded us who's boss. After that trail, the renter's wife and daughter were officially scared to death, declared Jeeping "a hard no," and refused to do anything remotely off-road ever again. Canyonlands Jeep Rental couldn't have handled it better. They were incredibly understanding and graciously let us return the Jeep early with zero hassle, which we truly appreciated given the circumstances (and the lingering white knuckles). If you want a company that's honest, flexible, and staffed by people who actually care--this is the place. First, their computers went down when we were first there, and they handled it like a pro. You sign waivers, show id, pick out a cup, pick out a helmet, watch a video. Large group of us- always made sure we knew what was happening next, slowed down enough to enjoy the views (and take pics), watch the skilled locals navigate some areas, but also keeping it exciting on our own adventure. You first drive in a line to the course (Hells Revenge- and get some history), complete a practice course, then drive into the real deal. Wasn't sure what to expect, this is something you should not miss. Super fun, and a great use of trip time. And the views...spectacular. Great service, great experience, lots of laughs.

Six runs, absolutely unmatched views, and the perfect combination of adventure and fun. They made the whole experience feel exciting and effortless, and we were smiling the entire time! Then we came back in the evening for the You-Drive Sunset UTV Adventure with Rico, and this was honestly one of the highlights of our entire Moab trip. It felt like we were on a private, personal tour with incredible views and an amazing route through trails we had never seen before. Rico was fantastic and made the experience feel so special and personalized. And just when we thought the UTV adventure couldn't get any better, it ended with sunset s'mores! I had never heard of Canyonlands and we saw parts that we would never have seen. It was awe-inspiring and so very beautiful. I felt very safe and he taught us a lot about the area but also gave us time just to soak it all in. My favorite part of our trip so far was this ride. We rafted in the afternoon with Evans and Sam. They both worked very hard navigating the rafts, setting up and breaking down the lunch, and loading and unloading rafts. The water is low so it is not a fast moving river but the winds were really strong and pushing against us. Evans kept a great attitude and engaged with everyone and maybe that is just the norm. I was exhausted watching him! We saw a bald eagle fly over and land very close to us and that was a great highlight! Overall, a great day!
