He routinely arrives 45-60 minutes after the posted opening hour. He argues with customers and does not seem to know any civilities (such as 'hi' or 'thank you'). They tuned my bike and fixed the chain that kept falling off-- or so I thought. Then I took it to another bike shop (CGR on Parc) because the chain was still falling off. (The derailer needed adjustment.) I won't go back to Fixed, because my bike wasn't. And that rude guy? Find him the job he deserves, maybe as an angry bouncer. P.S. Forgot to mention they charged me $86 for a tune-up, then failed to fix the one problem I pointed out to them-- a loose chain.

I needed everything checked and tuned up to make sure that I hadn't bought a clunker and that it's ready for this cycling season. Got everything checked and it turns out I got an excellent bike and the complete check up and tune up only set me back $23. The repair guy also was super helpful and gave me tips on other accessories that I might want to eventually add to my bike like types of toe-clips and bike locks. It was pretty effortless.

I think Graham is an honest mechanic, he does very good service, he is open about whether it's worth repairing a certain bicycle or not, and has been very fair in all of my dealings with him. Even better, on Thursday nights he now has co-op night, where you can bring your bike in and be your own mechanic! For a small fee, usually $15, you can put your bicycle on the stand and his tools are at your disposal. Graham provides guidance and you can do the repairs yourself, which is a very good deal and a great way to get involved. I highly recommend Graham's bicycle shop and you should definitely check it out!

I almost gave up but my fingers were numb, so I tried the last store in the "Time Out Mall" @ Decathlon; in Montreal.
