We had a lot of problems in our recent experience that could have been solved with better…read morecommunication. We spent a lot of money and are not happy with the end result. The reason we brought our vehicle in for a repair was to have a working DVD player in the back for an upcoming trip. Our DVD player is not repaired. The radio system did not work, so they told me they had to install an aftermarket radio to get it working. A few hours after dropping it off I was called and told that they had to open up the roof because the DVD player was not working after installing the radio. I okayed it and expected they would call me back to let me know when it was working. No one called me until it was finished and time to pick it up. I assumed it was all fixed since they told me to pick it up, but when I was shown the new system the DVD player was not working. Someone should have told me that it was not going to be working when I picked up the vehicle. I likely would have not had the aftermarket radio installed if it wasn't even fixing the problem I wanted fixed. When I picked it up I was surprised at what I got. We knew it would be aftermarket, but no one explained to us that it meant we would have cords coming out of the car now to connect our phone, and to use the phone on bluetooth from a wired speaker before they installed it. The phone even has trouble staying connected when plugged into the cord, so the music and phone calls continuously disconnect. The bluetooth also does not work all the time. To fix the DVD problem I was told we would have to get one from a salvage yard. They do not do the ordering for this part, so I had to do it myself. The guidance that I received was inadequate in obtaining the correct part. The part that the salvage yard sent from the information they told me to tell them was not compatible with the new radio they had installed. I left my car with them all day (for a second time) and was told at the end of their working day that it was not compatible. I was out of time to get the DVD player working before our trip. I left the shop having nothing fixed the second day, having wasted the whole day without a vehicle, and with a part that I had to return back to the salvage yard. (Which was not easy to obtain on time in the first place. I had to make special arrangements to get that part to them to do the repair on time.) I am unhappy with how much money I spent, and that now I am left with more problems than solutions. Promises were made to us which were not kept in fixing the problem in a timely manner. It was not a timely manner, the problem we wanted fixed was not fixed, I had to do too much work to get all the necessary parts to them on time, and we spent way too much money. Their shop was recommended to us, and unfortunately I cannot recommend them.

(they want $774.00 for a brake job and $554.00 to replace my radiator) He also talked about my radiator possibly leaking into my exhaust and maybe having to replace my engine.(WHAT!!!) They also claimed that when trying to scan my computer to determine what the check engine light was all about, they could not read it because I had a fuse out. When I went to go pick up my car, I stopped at AutoZone to get some opinions and they read my computer with a $50 dollar scanner, (I asked how much it cost) free of charge and as it turns out, all I needed was to replace a spark plug. I also asked the people at AutoZone about my brakes and radiator. I followed their instructions to get the air out of my brake fluid lines...yes just air, then I bought this mercury looking leak stop and now my radiator is fixed and my car is running like a champ. The…read moregentleman with whom I spoke saying "I am outside" came across extremely unprofessional right from the beginning as if he was riding high on a horse. From there it went downhill very very fast. I was paying for these repair out of my pocket and wanted to make this very very clear so he does NOT waste his and my time. This purportedly idiot told me flat out "I am not ready to hear out your stories". Those were his exact words. I usually push back giving a middle finger but I restrained myself . What I want to tell him if he thinks the estimates are over $850 (I got an estimate from other shop who is off the beaten tracks. This shop told me any other shops on the beaten tracks will give me estimate over $2000 and will show off their "riding on high horse" attitude too) I do NOT want the estimate. Since anything above $750 is NOT worth it for 22+ old 210000 miles vehicle. It turned out exactly what I warned about. I gave this guy (who is an estimator and purportedly an owner too (IMHO)) a polite but firm earful. I really wanted to tear his paper estimate and throw on his face but I restrained. I usually do NOT waste my time with such guys. They do not how to treat a customer.

I was in and out in less than 15 min and the price was under $20. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick tire patch performed.
