Since the bike was being shipped to me, all the paperwork arrived via Fed Ex. Which was really nice! I was able to get the bike registered and plated, long before it actually was delivered. Only Norms.| There was nothing they wouldn't work on. (they even turned wrenches on my BMW's and Moto Guzzi.) I moved to Florida a dozen years ago. Decided to do a nostalgia project out of a bike I found in the back of a guys garage for cheap (1978 Honda SuperSport with the inline 4 750.) Called to check for parts while planning a trip back home.. Was super sad to find out they had closed up shop. If you ever had the experience of dealing with Norms.. You KNOW you haven't lived the pieced-it-together rat bike lifestyle until you knew where everything was in their yard and warehouse, and had invested countless Saturdays mornings hanging out in the showroom or around the side in the garage absorbing wisdom and know-how. Norm's will be a part of a lot of people's memories for a really long time. At Norm's... It didn't matter WHAT you rode.. it only mattered THAT you rode. I originally left a terrible review, after I got my tires mounted and balanced by them. I saw the receipt that they gave me, and misread it. It appeared that they charged me a $90 fee for tire disposal. Gosh was I mistaken. I am looking at the receipt now, and it was a $10 fee for the tire disposal. The "$90" was just the total of the mount and balance. I was having an awful day and misread the receipt. Wow. I really suck for that, and am embarrassed. These guys got my tires mounted and balanced within a day. Couldn't find anywhere else that could get me in that quickly.

My reason for coming here today was two-fold. 1) To buy a new helmet (which I found, one I liked, and in my size, that wasn't too expensive), and 2) to test ride a new Triumph Scrambler 400 XC during their Demo Days. I had fun riding the bike, and I even received a free gift, a little Triumph tool kit. Lyndsay in parts was excellent, and she even gave me a Veteran Discount when purchasing my new helmet. The day it was inspected my brake light a flashing light in it and they passed it. Now they passed ever since, now this year they did pass it because they said my turn signals wouldn't pass and charged me for the inspection. Now today I took it back for the turn signals after putting new ones on now the say the brake light is illegal and that my front brake lever isn't working the brake light which was ok two weeks ago and charged me for another inspection and said it wouldn't pass again because of the front brake lever. I'm guessing the only way to be treated correctly is if you buy a 40,000 solar Harley instead of a used bike. DONT PURCHASE A BIKE IF YOU DONT WANT RIPPED OFF EVERY YEAR .

I paid cash to have those these done and told them if there were any added charges/fees I'd put that on CC when they call me later. They called me and told me everything was good except for the turn signal light strip on my passenger side mirror wasn't working so they couldn't pass it and I have to wait for a part to come in. Ok, that's fine and I asked how long it would take for the part to come in. The gentleman stated he wasn't sure, but they'd call me when the part came in so I could setup an appt. Ok, great. 1 Week later I stopped in to check the status on the part and the gentleman said, Oh, your part is here we just have to get you set up for an appt! I also asked if my oil change was done because I paid for it and I saw no sticker on my car anywhere. So, 1) Ok Grrr... Nobody called me but, ok, let's get this done and 2) The gentleman went out to check my oil and it was not changed! So, they scheduled me to come in another week later being today, Thurs 04/30/26, for an oil change and to get the turn signal light strip on the mirror replaced. THEN the gentleman tells me today that my car didn't pass inspection because the left ball joint is loose and the control arm bushings need replaced. So, Why was I Not told this on the 16th?? Now, I have to go back Again on Monday!
