I have been going to Pons Auto Service ever since, and his kind, thoughtful, and meticulous service has kept my car running smoothly over the past four years. I have had very bad car service experiences before, and when I told Justin about that, he went the extra mile to ensure that he always provided the utmost detail, explanations of services rendered when I had questions, and timely updates. Honestly, his car shop has restored my ability to trust car guys again with the exemplary service that he has provided. I have full trust and faith in Justin that he will always provide the necessary car services without overcharging or "fixing" things that don't need to be fixed. Justin goes the extra mile to not only get the job done right, but does so honestly and transparently. My sister recently took her car in for a repair and our lovely, involuntary, state inspection. Not only was the service fast and efficient, but the prices were so low I thought I was seeing things... and I probably was, but that's my therapist's problem. Anyhow, when we told them about a weird noise the car was making, they replied, "Oh, that's just the ghost of your old alternator coming back to haunt you." I laughed, they laughed, the car laughed, and then we stalled the car. All in all, I highly recommend Morrow's to anyone in need of some car TLC.
