With that in mind, I headed to Advance Auto of Crystal River as I have been a long time customer there for many years. I'm the past, I've bought most of my vehicle, marine, tractor, and lawn mower batteries, along with various other auto supplies, there without any issues at all. The staff has always been exceptionally helpful, friendly, and seemed to value us as their customer. They also offer free windshield wiper and battery installations as a free benefit to their customers, which is a nice touch, although I'll usually give them a reasonable gratuity. Upon arrival, I explained the situation to Albert at the front counter and he immediately assisted me with purchasing the recommended new battery for my vehicle. He then brought the specified battery and tools to accomplish the job and met me outside in the parking lot. In just a very short time, the replacement was completed and he learned a little about what it takes to change out a battery like that in the process. Throughout the entire procedure, he was very helpful and courteous. I was very grateful for his assistance and was happy and relieved that I could sit this one out. We highly recommend Advance Auto of Crystal River. You won't regret doing business with them should you choose to do so. Five stars all the way!

Mind you i gave them $2000 deposit and specifically stated Ford OEM parts only. when I got the truck back still not running I found several generic AutoZone sensors, which any mechanic knows not to do that, and was told not to then he released my truck still not running to a tow truck without my permission, my two matching set of batteries swap with junk batteries. I asked for the parts that he took off the truck my Ford OEM parts he said he did not have them... BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH THESE GUY!!
