I had purchased a 2020 Harley (check your records). In 2020 along with parts accessories. Spending between $35.000 - $40.000 at that time. Also shopping at your dealership after. Today 5 Nov 25 I called to get information on how to get a refund on the balance of my extended warranty. A female answered the phone. Nasty Attitude. Telling me I had to come in and pick up a form. I explained I was not doing that, I am in Tennessee at the moment. It's at that time she said she could email it to me. I said that's perfect and thanked her. At the end of the conversation she hung up the phone. No thank you, No good bye, not even KMA. I called back to make sure I had her name correct She said Joy. So I asked her if I had the correct spelling? She answered me like I was a little slow. Her attitude was Nasty the whole time. Traveling down Rt.19, traffic came to a stop. I looked over to my right and at first thought the building was a hotel. Noticing the bikes and HD sign, we pulled right in, and glad we did! Whenever traveling, I look for dealerships to visit but this one was special. Nice friendly staff, everyone was helpful and informative. Taj Mahal size, newer construction with a great selection on bikes and swag. Asking suggestions for lunch, they pointed us to Smokey's BBQ right on the property. Hold on...its a long one...Husband bought a bike in early 2023, sales was great, finance was great. Then odometer issue with the bike. Sold to him with a little over 4k miles on it. Brought into service for them to change, once it was completed bikes computer now read 111k for mileage. They could not fix it, Harley Corp could not fix it, they wanted to just change the mileage, or for us to do an insurance claim. Tried to trade it out as an easy fix for us and the dealership. We were offered trade value at half of what was owed, and we were asked for more money down because of the rollover deficiency. After that they wanted nothing to do with us, Calls were not returned, the Manager Beau would not even speak with us. I asked for their lawyers name, they would not even give me the number to reach out. I was told to google it. Here is the icing on the cake, we received all the documents back in December of 2023, when I went back in as we have been fighting this for over a year now, they gave me one piece of paper. The "original" work order. Funny thing is I compared all the paperwork with the original work order from 2023, to the one they gave me in 2024. Mileage had been altered. They changed my paperwork. Trust me I'm not done with them, but beware. Customer service is not a word that they understand, and if you don't agree to letting them commit odometer fraud, then you will be written off like just another piece of trash. SHAME ON YOU CRYSTAL HARLEY ... BUYER BE WARE. Crystal Harley sold me (Carlos Tabares) the Owner, Jewel Lambs personal 2018 Boss Hoss Trike, with 70 miles for $89,000. My wife at the same time purchased a 2021 TriGlide $40k. The first week/first ride the Boss Hoss broke down in Port St. Lucie. Stuck down south for almost 2 weeks while waiting on parts, I drove to Dunnellon to get my trailer and trailer my $89,000 the Boss Hoss home, all the while being in contact with Crystal Harley regarding the issue. With no concern for what was going on, or any kind of offer to help including just paying for parts, I was told I had bought the trike "AS-IS" and let them know how it is going when I got back. This Trike of Jewel Lambs was sold without so much as doing the regular check-up and inspection for safety that is performed on any used bikes before selling, including selling it with 3-yr old gas in the tank. Crystal Harley told me that I could not return the bike (that I basically rode 1-time), however I could trade it back for something else. I was given $81,500 trade value for this $89,000 broken down trike that I rode once, a $7,500 LOSS, with the response that this was a business. NOT to mention the $19,000 special paint job on this Boss Hoss from the famous Chris Cruz was peeling in a couple of places and had water under the paint after riding through rain. I was charged on my contract $688 for DuPont Paint Protection but since it was a custom paint job they could not fix the paint either. Truly despicable!! I traded for a 2021 Street Glide CVO, $55,000 ... AND ... to add insult to injury the first ride out the warning lights came on the instrument panel at 153 miles, and stayed on, as well as in the middle of traffic on 19 in Crystal River the engine shut off almost causing an accident for me. They also added $3,500 for an extended warranty on a brand new bike which I am in the process of canceling. As for my Wife's brand new 2021 TriGlide, the clutch was slipping before 700 miles. She was told it may not be covered because a clutch was a wearable part. They did end of covering the replacement, BUT ... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? read more

I was contacted by a phone agent representing Crystal Harley Davidson letting me know the Dealership was low on Trikes & was interested in purchasing my Trike (2019 Freewheeler in mint condition with upgrades I had installed after the sale). My Freewheeler was purchased from Crystal Harley 1 year earlier. I received a call from from a salesperson shortly after to discuss the terms of me coming to the Dealership. I specifically told the salesperson to make sure that if I were to come in (based on the numbers he & I discussed on the phone) there had better be a real deal so I wouldn't be wasting my time. To make a long story short. The Dealership & I were not even close to a deal. I ended up wasted an entire Saturday just to find out all the information I had given to the original salesperson was ignored. Since the initial salesperson was working with another customer when I arrived, I was asked to work with a new salesperson who had no idea how poorly the terms of me being at the Dealership were relayed to her. This would have been my 3rd bike if I had allowed the deal to go through. My 1st transaction 3 yrs back I paid to have a $600 part put on my new bike prior to delivery. What the Dealership did rather then installing the new part was remove the custom part from my trade-in and install it on my new bike (used 2002 Custom Deuce). On this most recent attempted deal. The Trike I purchased only 1 year ago for $32,367.00 was only worth $24000 to Crystal Harley with $1500 down on a new bike. So based on Crystals numbers I lost $9500 equity in one calendar year. I can see loosing 2-3 k in trade value in one year, but not 9.5k. I was raked over the coals dealing with Crystal Harley Davidson. NEVER AGAIN. read more

bought a brand new bike here just over a month ago. It had to go in for service already. As I was riding my bike the engine light came on so I took it to them they took it back and told me it was the rear O2 sensor so they replaced it while I was there I rode it home and the engine light never went off. I stopped 5 miles before I got home and topped my gas off I sat there and let it idle and noticed it was idling funny. So I went home and called them and let them know about this they came out and pick the bike up and took it back to the shop. They called me to tell me that it was the ECM. They also said that the ECM's were back ordered but they had found another store that had one and that they were sending it to them and that it would be there on a Tuesday at the latest. So Tuesday rolls around and they tell me it didn't come but it would be there Wednesday the next day at the latest but Wednesday gets there and it didn't show up and they tell me it would be there the next day Thursday at the latest. But Thursday morning they tell me it didn't show up. They call me back later in the day and tell me it did show up and that they would put it on the bike and call me and let me know when it was done. I told him I would come up in the evening and pick my bike up but had to change those plans because of storms and told them to deliver the bike the next day. All of this has taken a week to happen. So the bike gets delivered I get a work order I go in the house I look at the work order and I noticed a rather large balance due so I called them and ask them about this balance and the man on the phone told me that it wasn't my balance that he just hadn't closed things out and that it would go away which was fine. But while I was on the phone he told me that after they put the ECM in the engine light didn't go off they had to call Harley to find out what to do and Harley recommended that they disconnect the wires for the cylinder and the injector so they did that and reconnected them and put about 40 miles on my bike of test runs and the engine light went off. Nobody called me to inform me of this had I not called about that balance due I would've never known about that. So a week of downtime a rear O2 sensor an ECM board that my bike did not need only to find out it was loose wires. Later in the evening after getting my bike back we noticed that my tank was dry so dry I wouldn't of made it 5 miles up the road to get gas mind you when on my bike left my house I had a full tank. I will say early on for the inconvenience of not having my bike they did do my thousand mile service but I am so disappointed with the lack of communication and the fact that they return my bike with a tank so dry I couldn't even go to the gas station to get gas. The fact that Harley has resorted to techs that rely on computer screens to tell them what's wrong with a bike and that they can't tell you why something is happening and that they have to go through several different things until they find out what's wrong and still can't tell you why. I have spent so much money at this dealership from clothes to parts to buying my first bike to taking their academy to get my license to taking their bike bonding classes only to have their service department screw it all up. I won't take my bike back to that service department again. I'm disappointed in Harley for making their mechanics depend on computers and having to call them to find out what to do. What happened to mechanics that could actually look at an engine and tell what's wrong with it. And I highly recommend that Crystal remind their service department about the etiquette of replacing fuel in a bike when they use it!!! read more

I went here today to order some drag bars for my bike. I spoke to a bald guy in the parts and service dept... skip him if you can. He is as helpful as a picnic gnat. And was telling me crap that I know isn't true. But then another man came up with red hair. He was AWESOME. I got the part number I needed and started looking at the shirts. The woman who was at the cashier station "Karen" I think her name was. Was beyond helpful. SUPER friendly and even gave me directions (we were about 30 minutes away from home) Its got the best bikes I have seen in a Harley dealership. They even had a cool pink Dyna. read more

It is really too bad that the only review was bad. My experience was totally different and it was with the parts department. First and foremost, you must have expectation management when going to any HD dealer, there are good days and bad. I try to recognize both good and bad. I have been looking for a tour pack for my RG and finally got one from a buddy. After stopping by every dealer I could find on the eastern seaboard to help with setting up the lights, this was the only place that knew the answer to the question. Even after searching extensively online at every HD forum known to mankind, I could not get an answer. Kyle at parts was awesome and took the time to show me what I needed. Even though he was not going to get a sale, he took the time to show me what to do. If I am this way and need parts, I will defiantly come see these guys. 7/1/22 got bike back, runs but isn't close to perfect. they put new fuel injectors in but never changed the fuel filter even though they know the bike has been sitting for 3 or 4 years, i guess injectors get gummed up from sitting but fuel filters don't! tuner was left in saddlebag so they could tune it since it's been sitting for a so long and you can smell how lean the bike is running, they never bothered to do it!! and now i called today to speak to shawn the service manager about 2pm, was told he was with a customer and they would make sure he called me back when he was done with the customer, it is now 8pm, he never called me back!!! this place sucks when you buy a used bike and it comes to customer service!!!! don't ever ever ever buy a used bike from this place!! and the part that even makes it worst..... not only have i not heard from the service manager today, like i was told i would, i haven't heard one word from anybody about this review, not one person!!! nobody has even tried to reach out to me!!! never would've thought that i'd receive such shitty customer service from a place like this!! 7/2/22 STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM!! Their logo with the manatees is one of my favorites, and I've traveled the world visiting Harley Davidson dealerships. Excellent selection of local t-shirts...so many options. Other harley dealerships could learn a thing or two from this place-thank you to their merchandiser who clearly places a priority on having shirts available in local designs to showcase their dealership. And the shirt displays are well organized and numbered to make it easy to find the back design you're looking for. So very much appreciated! I just purchased a 2017 Harley Tri Glide Ultra Classic from Dennis salesman at Crystal Harley Davidson. I had a great experience with both my salesman and their finance department. Because I have had some credit problems in the past it took them awhile to find a bank that would finance me at rate where I could afford the monthly payments. I only had a certain amount of money per month. My salesman stayed with me and my wife through the whole experience until we drove it home, continually updated us on the progress of the finance department finding us a good rate. We were very impressed with the whole dealership on how friendly everyone was from motor close to service. I highly recommend Crystal Harley for all your purchases and service needs. I am stunned to see all the positive reviews. This is not at all what I experienced purchasing a new 2019 Road King. Quite the opposite. At the outset I was given wrong price numbers from my internet inquiry and a failure to provide the hefty dealer fees. Second, my salesperson was completely wrong about taxes, financing and more. The negotiating experience was extremely negative and deliberately misleading. Third, getting to the finance office after seeming hours waiting in the showroom, lead to the worse. It was like the worse auto dealership experience imaginable (not a bike dealership). Combative, rude and abusive. Twice I got up to leave. I didn't after more unpleasant negotiating. In retrospect, I wish I had. Picking up my bike the next day was the most disappointing part. I was completely ignored by my saleslady. After 45 minutes and making inquiries for help, the sales assistant, Josh, brought my bike around for delivery. Josh was the only positive experience. He is the Best. No, 'Thank you for your purchase', no introduction to the Parts and Service departments. Very disappointing. This should have been a wonderful experience purchasing a new Harley Davidson. But it sucked. I was sad riding home. I am genuinely sorry I didn't purchase this bike from New Port Richey Harley. Worst dealership ever. Went to take there rider course I am a first time rider. The second day of class which was the first day on the course I was asked to leave the class. I was counseled out but she said you can stay and watch and do the test if you want. Well why would I do that . Already looking bad enough. I asked if I could get my money back she said probably because Jim has a big heart. Well low and behold all that dealership cares about is the almighty $ . Nowhere does it say no refund . Great place. Clean, upbeat, polite employees. My son needed some mask filters. The sales person spoke with a lady in the back office about what my son needed. The lady in the back did some research. Found what my son needed. Offered to order them for us. Then she offered to give the information and I could order the mask filters online. Nice new building with lots of new and used bikes but that is where it ends. I have been to the old and new location a few times now and have never had a good experience. About a month a go I went in to get some passenger pegs and it took forever for anyone to help me find what I needed and since I did not have the tool to take them off they said it would be a few hours to put it on since they were busy and short staffed (took it down to NPR dealer and they were busy but installed them in 45 minutes). Yesterday my wife and I took a ride up from Tampa and I saw a 2019 Road Glide I was interested in. They told me it was the last day of the month and I could get a great deal....I know I've heard it before but they said it does not hurt to run the numbers. Well to make a long story short they waisted about two hours of my day "playing the game" with a LOT of pressure. They even recommend I apply for a Harley credit card to put more money down on the finance....it was a terrible experience. Bottom line - I am not going back to Crystal Harley Davidson I will stick with the Brandon, Lakeland, and New Port Richey Harley dealers for all my future parts, service and new bike needs. Lets start with as I pulled in with my cage I was just about attacked. Before we could get out of the car this early twenty sales person was waiting next to my door. I say to my wife, WOW we can not even get out and look around with out being hassled. So we sit there for a few waiting to see if this 6'5 or so guy would back off, no he just keeps looking at us and waiting. Now as we get out he says can I help you with something. I tell him, not at this time as we are just looking. As we attempt to walk away he follows. I turn and say look man we would like to look around and if we need something we'll let you know. Well wouldn't you know he follows anyway. As we are trying to look around our tag along makes a remark about the shirt I am wearing. Once again I tell him look we would like to be left alone as we look around. My wife and I again attempt to walk around with out being hassled. So he backs off about 5 feet and again follows us. We walk in the show room and 2 more sales people come at us and this guy that has been following us steps out from behind us and tells these 2 others that we would like to be left alone and the three of them make a remark to each other. Well as we try to look around again wouldn't you know it now we are followed by the three of them. Now one of them come's forward and say's to me is that a sexual statement on your shirt. Now I am getting aggravated with this whole experience. I say to this guy no it is a music store that one of my friends own. On the back of my shirt it says How Funky is your Monkey, the front says the name of his store Funky Monkey Music. Now how does this guy get a sexual statement out of this shirt that has a guitar picture in the back ground of those words... Next a female sales person steps forward and says are those words putting down woman. Now we are trying to be nice with these three, we just shake our heads and move on, so we thought. I walk up to this beautiful new Harley Breakout and the first guy again steps forward with you want to buy it. I tell him again nicely look if we need your help we'll let you know. I attempt to sit on this beautiful bike and this guy again steps forward and straddles the forks. I tell him, please don't do that when I am about to sit on the bike. I tell him I have been on bikes since I was 8 years old and I am in my fiftys. The guy just smiles and remains there. My wife and I walk over to the window and decide that we want nothing from them. Well this guy again comes up to us saying you want the bike. I tell him no and that I don't appreciate the gang tactics of your sales approach.Then he says can I have your email. I tell him no I don't want any emails, he then says well why don't you give it to me anyway so I can send you info on new bikes when they come in... I look at him and say you don't get it do you. Now let me say because we just wanted to look around and enjoy a little time at this HD dealer, we ended up being hasseled, insulted and best yet to come, approached again by this guy and another saying to me we have just the bike for you, look over there, do you see that bike that was made just for you. I look and there is this very ugly lime green used bike almost the same color of the shirt I had on. That did it, I told him if you knew what bikeing was about you would give people the respect and time they deserved not insult them and give them the force sale's tactic. Never was I or my wife treated this way in any other HD dealer. I bought a HD Breakout the next day in St Petersburg FL with all the respect in the world. I am A disabled Marine, injured overseas and rode out to this dealer the following day hopeing that I would see that guy again. Well wouldn't you know he approached me as I was getting off my bike saying you want to trade that in ... I turned around and said no blanked blank way man and see what you could have sold if you had any brains...
