The sales employees Chase and Edwin were actually very polite, professional, and respectful throughout the process, even during negotiations. They treated us like customers and were pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, the moment Cory came out, the entire atmosphere changed. He walked over with an extremely arrogant and confrontational attitude and immediately started making comments to the sales staff like, "We don't have to argue with them, this is the best we're going to do." His tone and demeanor were rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. There's a difference between negotiating and simply treating people poorly. We were fully prepared to walk out because of how uncomfortable and disrespected he made the situation feel. The only reason the deal continued was because my mom really wanted this specific truck for my dad. Buying a vehicle should not feel like being talked down to or intimidated by management. A GSM should know how to professionally handle customers, especially during negotiations, without acting aggressive or arrogant. Cory's behavior is the reason for this 1-star review.
