ABC Fitness Solutions, which handles billing and membership services for EOS, provided written instructions stating that a payment of $116.92 was required to complete the cancellation process. We paid that amount as instructed and reasonably believed everything had been taken care of. Months later, we discovered that one of the accounts had been sent to collections. After numerous phone calls and emails, we were told that there had been a communication issue during the cancellation process. ABC Fitness and EOS now claim that a separate balance existed on the account prior to cancellation. However, that was never clearly communicated to us when we were given the instructions on what was required to complete the cancellation. What has been most disappointing is not just the original issue, but the lack of follow-through afterward. Multiple representatives and supervisors have advised that they would provide updates, review the matter, or contact us with next steps. Despite repeated assurances, those follow-ups never happened. My concern is simple: customers should be able to rely on the billing and cancellation instructions provided by the company's authorized membership servicing provider. If additional amounts are owed, that information should be clearly communicated before an account is sent to collections. Based on my experience, What should have been a simple membership cancellation became a lengthy dispute involving customer service, management, and a collection agency and is still going on. Very disappointing experience.

It is well kept up with and doesn't have that gross gym smell. There is always staff cleaning throughout it the day. Even though it's been open several years now, they still add to it and make improvements so it is well taken care of. There are all types, levels, and ages of people who come so no one should feel out of place The staff in the mornings and afternoon are extremely friendly. Always welcome you with a smile on their face and are very helpful. My only recommendations for improvement are that the equipment could use a deep cleaning more often, and there is no airflow in the squat rack corner. It gets very warm and stagnant so a fan would be useful. I used to go to the Eos on Ehrlich but that location was not kept up with and very dirty. It is worth driving a few minutes longer to go to this location.

The only change is I do not have to fight with the homeless for massage chairs. The parking is horrible. You can never find a parking spot. Cars are constantly being towed. My car has been broken into twice. First time they rummaged through my car second time I had cash taken. Maybe patrol Your lot instead of towing your members. Good luck canceling your membership no one calls back and the automated service is horrible. I can go on and on.

I signed up for a free trial but was told it couldn't be honored because my driver's license is from Texas, even though I provided my Florida lease as proof of residence. During the visit, I felt pressured to sign up for a membership despite repeatedly saying I just wanted to try it first. My friends were also denied refunds for their day passes. Overall, the experience felt pushy and dismissive. I won't be returning and will be advising friends and coworkers to look elsewhere for a more transparent and welcoming gym environment.
