I was blown away by this location and the experience my mom and I had! The facilities/waiting area outside the studio are incredible. The shower/locker/lounge area is MASSIVE. I know I'm used to the city locations that are pretty small, but the owner's of this one did a great job with decorating and making the space feel like and open. The showers and sinks and bathrooms are also extremely clean and well stocked with hair tools and other things that you would need to freshen up after a workout. We did a ritual yin class on Sunday morning and we had a great experience. The hands on assists weren't rushed and helped to loosen my muscles before and after the yoga (sometimes the ones I've gotten in Chicago are quick since the classes are usually packed). The yin class itself was fine - I wish there had been more challenging poses like pigeon to help open up our hips, but overall it was a relaxing class I'd definitely recommend it after a harder work out or a long week.

I imagine bf can learn the poses and gain confidence in the align classes so that we can eventually do the hot yoga class regularly!! The instructor was great! She's very motivational and. she told us we did good at the end of class. She also said she loved hearing our giggles which made me feel better since I thought I was disturbing the practice of others by laughing.

I started thinking I might race some again butter the club offered a pleasant environment to train, broaden my training to more strength and things that help in aging and Supreme was a great plane. It has all the equipment with staff to help, has good classes with a lot of interesting and friendly people, many of whom are still there a decade later. It lacks almost entirely the annoying lot loud, inconsiderate types I have seen in other places. They pricing is very competitive and I even got my non-athletic wife to work with a trainer and now she has started with it for a year and a half, which is surprising and important fitter our family as we age.

They additionally have an outdoor "exercise yard" with various pieces of equipment including large tractor tires and sledgehammers. They are open 24x7 so there's no excuses for missing a workout. There are also a number of classes available including cardio programs and early morning weight-based programs with a variety of stations similar to other popular programs. It has a low-key atmosphere and people are friendly. What I like most is I never feel constrained by lack of equipment or options that would prevent me from accomplishing my goals. In this way I feel it's a step above other local places and I can't ever complain about the rates for what is offered.

It feels more like a walk-in freezer than a workout environment. It's impossible to break a sweat, warm up your muscles, or get a good workout when you're shivering the whole time.
