The gym is located on 2nd. story of a business plaza and it's beautiful. You walk in to a reception area with a shiny concrete floors and it opens up to a work out room for most of their classes. I love the variety of equipment. They have kettle bells, dumb bells, bands, HIT and more. Like lots more! They have a separate room for cycling with super comfy bikes and a large pilates room. The instructors are very hands on and very encouraging. Tammi; the pilates instructor is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to correct your moves and encourage. The reformers are very comfortable. The only draw back is there is only 6. So, grab a class early. Classes are by reservation online. You book it a few days before and the accountability start right there. So, no missing class. The students are what I call the variety pack. So, if you are worried about not being fit looking don't worry. This is a place that encourages and you have all sizes and strengths. You can be Mr. Buff and have an amazing challenging workout pushing tires around and swinging ropes or you can have a lighter work out modifying to get you there. Very welcoming I would say. The gym is owned by 3 ladies that have been in the fitness industry for decades and you can tell they are passionate about helping others. What I love is all 3 of them teach and are involved. If you have kiddos they have kid care. The only thing I would change is to add sound absorbing tiles to the pilates room so you can focus more on hearing the teacher vs. the music from the other group classes. Since, it's a new place I would think this is a budget issue that will come in the future. However, this doesn't keep me from coming since the class is amazing and I appreciate them so much. ABC Fitness Solutions, which handles billing and membership services for EOS, provided written instructions stating that a payment of $116.92 was required to complete the cancellation process. We paid that amount as instructed and reasonably believed everything had been taken care of. Months later, we discovered that one of the accounts had been sent to collections. After numerous phone calls and emails, we were told that there had been a communication issue during the cancellation process. ABC Fitness and EOS now claim that a separate balance existed on the account prior to cancellation. However, that was never clearly communicated to us when we were given the instructions on what was required to complete the cancellation. What has been most disappointing is not just the original issue, but the lack of follow-through afterward. Multiple representatives and supervisors have advised that they would provide updates, review the matter, or contact us with next steps. Despite repeated assurances, those follow-ups never happened. My concern is simple: customers should be able to rely on the billing and cancellation instructions provided by the company's authorized membership servicing provider. If additional amounts are owed, that information should be clearly communicated before an account is sent to collections. Based on my experience, What should have been a simple membership cancellation became a lengthy dispute involving customer service, management, and a collection agency and is still going on. Very disappointing experience.

If you have never done yin yoga, you are in for a treat! A slower stretch that really causes us to slow way down and stretch our tired muscles. They have lots of equipment, a cycle and open studio area, and locker facilities which include a sauna. Staff is very friendly. The equipment is in mostly good condition. Good thing they it is pretty big since they have a ton of members. Keep in mind, It is very very busy in there, almost too busy! But I'm usually able to get a good workout in. Most of the crowd is very young. They do offer lots of classes which I haven't tried but you need to pay for the most expensive membership to access those. I will say the biggest area for improvement this just general cleanliness in the gym, especially in the locker room. The locker room areas are about 10 degree warmer than the rest of the gym and always have a foul smell. Specially the sauna, it's hard to tell how frequently the locker rooms get cleaned because it is never pleasant in there. Overall if you are looking for a cheap gym in Valrico area this might be the place!

They refuse to take cancellations over the phone, by text, or even by email--forcing you to keep paying for something you can't use. Their customer service? Absolutely appalling. The staff is rude, condescending, and makes you feel like garbage. It's almost like they enjoy degrading their members. I regret the day I ever walked into this club. This place is a disgrace to the fitness industry and a nightmare for anyone who values respect and decent service. Run, don't walk, away from TITLE Boxing Club Fishhawk. Update::::: Yet again, I am requesting the elusive cancellation form that has conveniently been withheld despite my repeated, polite requests.
