I went to cycle you earlier this year and really enjoyed it. They have great instructors. Dawns classes were my favorite. They offered cycling and strength training classes. I did most the mixed classes and enjoyed my sauna time. They have showers and provide towels which makes the experience so much better. I work downtown so the convenience was there. read more

I love CycleYou! I haven't tried their sauna, but have tried several different types of classes, and love kickboxing and cycling in particular. The staff is always supportive and positive, and I find it to be a very inclusive environment. I get a great workout while having fun and even unfamiliar classes are easy to follow along with. The location is a little bit challenging for me, but classes are always worth the drive, and I usually come a few times per month. Their welcome offer is very generous and a great way for someone to try them out and see if it's a good fit. I really enjoy the classes! Everyone is so welcoming, the energy is upbeat, and the classes can be as challenging as you choose. But don't go if you can't there early. I arrived at 11am for an 11am cycling class (which I had before with no issue), and as usual it was pitch black. I turned on my phone light because no one was assisting me, and this prompted someone to come over immediately and tell me to turn off my phone light. She then hovered over me for over a minute, and I was confused and asked "Can I use this bike?" and she said, "Yes, I just needed you to turn off your flashlight." I then mount the bike, with her standing there, not having said anything except to turn off my phone light, and after I have mounted the bike, she tells me I can't use this bike because I am wearing tennis shoes, but I can use the bikes on the other side. She then walks to another bike, and I follow her, thinking she is trying to guide me, and she is helping someone else select and mount a bike. It was incredibly unexpected and insulting. It is still pitch black and I cannot see anything, and 5 minutes of the class have passed that I could have been participating in, and I feel my way to the exit. Arriving early would have avoided that unpleasant experience (which I would have if I didn't have to search for parking). BUT it felt personal as several people arrived after me for the same class and were assisted to get situated, and I was the only one essentially being harassed instead of helped. I've enjoyed 4-5 other classes and will probably give them another try, but yesterday was an awful experience. read more

I LOVE taking classes at CycleYou. I first came in during the fall, because I had wanted to try cycling for far too long, but what really drew me in was the fact that your first class is free! I didn't know what to expect, but the experience was so wonderful that I signed up for a package before leaving that day, and I have kept coming back. The staff is nothing short of awesome. They are not only super friendly and helpful, but they make sure that you feel comfortable and ready for your class. The space itself is modern and relaxing, with lots of inspiring decisions everywhere. These classes are difficult, but the motivators are nothing short of magical. They tell me I CAN climb the mountain, and I believe them and do it! They tell me I CAN cycle so fast my legs feel like they'll fly off, and I believe them and do it! I am always left dripping in sweat, exhausted, and so, so happy I went to class. No two classes are exactly the same, which makes it easy to not get bored. They also offer Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Boxing and TRX classes, along with perks like local businesses offering the opportunity to purchase meals during the breakfast and lunch hours to take with you after class. I absolutely adore this place. I was recommended by a friend of mine a couple weeks back, having nothing to lose with the first class being free I went. My first class was taught by Noelle. It was an express 12:15 class and I fell in love with the studio. I took advantage of the $50 off your package due to loving it so much. The class left me feeling as though I got a kickass workout yet centered and zen-like. Everything from core to arms to of course your legs is worked. Went to a class at CycleYOU while visiting my daughter at UK. As a cycle instructor myself, I love to check out other studios when I'm in the area. CycleYOU is fantastic! From the check in, to the welcome, to the set up, class and check out, I could not have been more impressed. The studio has this cool industrial vibe and everything was amazing. I love CycleYOU! I have only done a few classes so far, but they offer a wide variety and the hours are pretty good for weekends. The classes are a great workout and I never leave feeling as if I have over-exerted or strained myself. But I think that my favorite thing is the people and the atmosphere. Its very positive - the end of each class has been a look forward to the day and living your best life. It never feels competitive during classes - but that you're doing this together. My favorite place to work out in town! There is a huge variety of spin, TRX, boxing, yoga and fusion classes. All led by very knowledgeable and professional staff that really go the extra mile to make each workout count. I can't say enough just how wonderful cycleYOU has been! Everytime I've been in for a workout the staff have been very informative and kind, they're so eager to help and make you feel right at home. Sure, it's stand bit on the pricey side, but you truly pay for what you get. It's a beautiful facility, it's clean, well kept, easy parking, and both cooling towels asking with dry towels for after workouts. They have a very pure water machine that beats any water fountain and really calming lighting options that make each workout extremely focused and calming yet rewarding. This is the best workout studio I have ever been apart of! Definitely the perfect place for the person who likes to change up their workout and try different things!
