I got in touch withe corporate office and they were no help. They said O'Rouke would reimburse me if I got a licensed inspector to look at the rug. I did. It cost me $210. Turns out it's not permanently damaged. He advised me to go to a professional rug shop and have the rug cleaned again to get all the detergent out of it. Service Master didn't clean it properly. He told me not to have them do it again as they are not trained to clean oriental rugs. Turns out O'rouke won't pay for the inspection or to have the rug properly cleaned and the corporate office says they have no control over franchisees. I wouldn't trust as company that licenses their name but won't stand behind their service. Give service master an F and don't use them. I have all the documentation. Happy to to share.

Rebuild Ex is a company a great morals and Adam Shurtleff is a man with a great heart.  I would honestly recommend this company to anything who needs work done to their home.

My experience after the initial proposal was that this contractor provided minimal supervision, and frequently was not aware of the specific progress of the work. Workmanship was sporadic depending upon the vendor. The company's lengthy response to repairing mistakes in work - and there were at least eight - was less a demonstration of responsiveness than an indication of incompetence. I would not recommend this company to friends or family.

PFR Rocks! We own a duplex and the tenant side caught fire. We had only smoke damage on our side…read morebut the tenant side was a total loss. Lou showed up to the fire and started the board-up immediatly (PFR was actually recommended to us by the building inspector who was on scene) . Due to the smoke damage we could not live in the house, and PFR cleaned my entire home from top to bottom, and somehow got us able to move back home very quickly. I then hired them to do the remodel on the other half of the house. They took care of everything, and I mean everything. Having never been in that situation before, we were completly overwhelmed. They even took care of communications with my homeowners insurance and my mortgage company for me. What a blessing that was! They planned the remodel from start to finish and it is totally updated and beautiful. While they were here, we had alot of work done on our side also since the equipment was going to be here anyway. I love all that they have done for us every step of the way. From Shane to Bobby (our PR) to all the crew whether they were doing demo, cleaning, building, painting, etc. every person I spoke to or dealt with were all really nice and friendly people. You couldn't ask for a better group of people! They truly went was above and beyond for us. I cannot recommend them enough. You guys rock! I have a busy schedule so for them to get the ball rolling quickly was crucial for me to hire them for the job. We agreed on a day the following week to have the work completed. They arrived in a timely manner and got right to work. I had my window tracks, screens, and panes all cleaned so this was a big job for a team of two guys. They worked tirelessly for 3 hours and upon completion my windows look brand new! I couldn't be happier with the outcome of hiring south coast precision cleaning. One of their greatest strengths is communication. They got back to me right away and didn't make me wait for a quote. They're also extremely detail oriented. The tracks of my windows were really dirty and they cleaned it all out so that there isn't any problem sliding anymore. Also there was paint residue on my glass and they somehow managed to get all of it off. The price I paid for the work they completed was very reasonable. In addition, they included all permitting, pumping, and inspection fees, so there where no surprise costs. I had difficult access to my back yard and several arborvitae trees needed to be removed. Not only did they carefully scoop out the trees with the excavator, but they helped keep them alive by pouring water on the root balls and put them back in place when the job was done! They worked very quickly and the finished job is much better than I expected (which is why I felt compelled to write this review). The topsoil is nice and flat with very few stones, and all evidence of the huge dirt piles are all cleaned up. I don't normally write reviews, but understand that shopping around for contractors can be stressful with no way to compare other than price quotes. If your in my situation with a bad septic or any other need, hopefully this helps you make an informed decision. I will not hesitate to call GT Excavating for any other site work I need in the future.

As requested by the business in answer to that review, I contacted Servpro (instead of them picking up the phone & calling us) & left a message for Beth to review the email string/pictures of all that went wrong at our house before calling us back. She didn't. She called as we were heading out to see a family member perform at a Boston theater. I accidentally picked up. She didn't want to talk about the FACTS detailed in my review -- only complained about the timing of the review (a year or so after my last email with them that didn't get follow-up. The review was posted when I became aware of Yelp access). I again suggested she go through the emails that were concurrent with the work. She continued to harp on the timing. I reviewed some of the issues we had had. She didn't want to address any of that, kept haranguing me about the time delay in reviewing. I finally hung up. No follow-up by Beth on the CONTENT of my review at all, other than to get the review deleted somehow. The office staff were nice to deal with. The water remediation was good. Hired re: water leaks. Upgraded: a redo of the very small bathroom, out of pocket. Did not get any of the shower/fixtures as preordered, no support bar as ordered, Sheetrock lines/bubbles in paint, etc. Early on, painters completely painted in the door mechanism and painted without smoothing surfaces (said we didn't specifically order smoothing of walls), bubbles & lines, etc. Repainting still left bubbles/sheetrock lines.

Upon reporting this to our insurance, Adams Emergency One was contacted by our insurance firm, and owner, Jerry Theroux called us within an hour to come to the house to inspect the damage to make plans for his crew to be there the next day which was a Sunday. Mr. Theroux took pictures, measurements, and listed major items that had been destroyed due to the damage. His crew removed all insulation, ceilings, rugged areas, and necessary walls that were ready to crumble. Dehumidifiers, air movers, anti-microbial agents, and chemical cleaners, etc. were used. throughout this process, Manager Lou and his assistants were wonderfully kind, courteous, and totally helpful to us. They followed through completely to make that part of the damage control a much more calming process as well as a very successful one - certainly more than what we ever thought it would be. Their report to our insurance company was detailed beyond our knowledge and expectations. This company is top-notch.
