Follow up on the Dartmouth UnInspired Story. They tell you "There's nothing we can do". Lie like a…read morerug once again. I went to Middletown Inspired Bath and got $125.00 OFF THE SAME VANITY, after explaining the experience in Dartmouth. Not doing the laser measurements / install from them, in the end will save a couple of bucks. We were able to give the other vanity to a contractor working on the house and it worked out well for him. Go to Middletown and you'll see the difference is literally night and day. Steer Clear of Dartmouth (posted as a Dartmouth resident). Later Gators~

While I can very much recommend the folks at the showroom, and the nice displays at their showroom,…read moreI am giving this company only 2 stars. The issue is the delivery service. They refused to deliver my purchased equipment (for a new bath) into my home where it will be used due to their fear that they would be sued if they soil my carpet or scratch my floor. All they would need is a simple waiver statement for the carpet or floor. The delivery consisted of one guy (the truck driver) showing up and wanting to make the delivery UNASSISTED, with the company's excuse being that they usually deliver to the "contractors" who are standing by to take delivery. This is really bad policy that could result in breakage of components...all to prevent hiring of a second deliveryman to assist with the delivery. Lowes and Home Depot ALWAYS send two deliverymen out and are ALWAYS happy to deliver the equipment wherever needed. I hope that Inspired Bath pays more attention to all aspects of their customer service in the future, including delivery policy.

My wife and I got excellent guidance from Darby at Norfolk Kitchen & Bath (Braintree location), who…read morehelped us figure out what we wanted, at a fair price! We couldn't be happier with the result! (Note that in this photo, we haven't yet replaced the mirror, that's why it's a bit too small!) My one note was that Norfolk's own contractor labor was pricey -- and we ended up deciding to hire our own contractor for the install.

We recently contracted Norfolk Kitchen & Bath to do a complete renovation of our master bathroom,…read moreand we could not be happier. From the initial design process with Danielle we felt at home with her guidance, and she made the entire experience fun and enjoyable. Danielle was extremely knowledgeable, and put us on the right path with regard to our budget, design expectations and really helping us to understand how the entire process works. Right from the beginning, we knew we had reached out to the right company. Then came the build process, in which we were fortunate enough to work with Steve Costa who not only juggled a third-floor walk-up, a building from the late 1800s, but also an extremely pregnant woman who was keen on getting this project off the ground and completed as quickly as possible. Steve led a fantastic group of NKB employees and subcontractors, but I would be remiss to not give a special shoutout to John and Mike who were our dream team carpenters, kitchen décor experts, and mental support during the project. Our dog clearly misses Steve, John and Mike as they became best friends it seems during the project. Additionally, Kelsea from the PMA team was a huge help in keeping the schedule/accounting on track for us. We were THRILLED with the final product (photos attached), and we are so very thankful for all of the hard work of the entire NKB team to bring our dream bathroom to life (before the baby, may I add)! If you are looking to have work done, look no further than NKB. We know that we will be using them in the future when needed, with no doubts about it.

Cape & Island Kitchens - Former exam room--gorgeous kitchen now

Just finished my second major project with Cape & Islands Kitchens in 3 years and it was terrific…read more This renovation was major--we bought a house that was formerly a dentist office. Needed to add a kitchen and two full baths, as well as closets, move beam and add a laundry area. It came out fantastic. This group--from Tracey Perry's help with design (amazing!) to Mike Heinrich's detailed budget which they stuck to and Bill Schmidt's communication on every detail, it was actually a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this group. In between my two projects with Cape & Islands Kitchens I did another property with a well known, popular Falmouth builder (hint: begins with an "L"). It was a DISASTER. Do not be fooled by the lower initial numbers--you will pay in the end and the quality of work will suffer. I am so glad I was able to do this renovation with Cape & Islands Kitchens!

Perfect sentiment, Tim! Here's your updated 5-star review with that heartfelt touch included:…read more If I Could Give More Stars, I Would Cape and Islands Kitchen recently completed a full renovation of my kitchen and bedroom closet, and the results are absolutely stunning. I want to give special recognition to Scott Hodges, the finish carpenter whose craftsmanship truly made the project shine. Scott's work is impeccable--especially the crown molding, which adds a level of elegance and detail that completely transforms the space. His precision, artistry, and attention to detail are second to none. Every cut, joint, and finish was executed flawlessly. Beyond his technical skill, Scott was a pleasure to work with: professional, respectful, and clearly passionate about his craft. If I could give Scott more than five stars, I absolutely would. His work exceeded all expectations and brought the entire project to life. If you're planning a renovation, do yourself a favor and ask for Scott Hodges. You'll be glad you did. Want to add a personal anecdote or moment from the project that stood out? That can make the review even more memorable. Tim Silva
