The ride is short, costs about $3, and goes from downtown Saugatuck to Douglas on the other side of the Kalamzoo river. On the Douglas side you've got a few opportunities to experience local history and the outdoors. I loved how the operators had great descriptions and info about all of them and were happy to direct you. They even stayed at the dock and made sure everyone knew where they were going!
