I was in Saugatuck for my bachelorette weekend, and we used this car service for all of our transportation. We were consistently generous with our tipping -- for example, on Friday night, we tipped Leigh $50 for picking us up at 2 a.m., because we were likely loud and not the easiest group at that hour. The issue arose on Saturday when Steve drove half of our party back from a winery to our Airbnb. Not only did he charge them $5 more than the other car for the exact same ride, but he also personally called my cell phone to tell me that my friends "didn't tip." I told him how COMPLETELY inappropriate it is for a business owner to call a customer to ask for a tip -- especially when we'd been tipping generously the entire weekend. His response? "Well, you don't know anything about the taxi business." I honestly don't even know what that means nor is it pertinent. No business in the world should be calling a customer on their personal number to ask for a tip. On top of that, I later found out my friends did tip him $5 -- which, when combined with the fact that he overcharged them, means he essentially got a $10 tip. I don't think he understands that a tip is not mandatory. A tip is something that is given to someone for providing OUTSTANDING customer service... which he did not. He made a stop at a gas station to fill up his van while the entire group was in the car. And most disturbingly, he made homophobic remarks to my sister about the LGBTQ+ community in Saugatuck, and said that "reverse racism is very prevalent", and that it's "very difficult to be a straight white man today"... Why someone would run a taxi service in a predominantly gay vacation town while making discriminatory comments to passengers is beyond me -- it's offensive and completely unacceptable. If I could give this business negative stars, I would. I have a lot of friends doing Bachelorette parties here this summer, and I've already warned those friends to avoid this company entirely. I also told my Air BnB host not to recommend this taxi service to future guests. There are far better options like Cyndi's, Uber, or even public transportation.

We originally had booked Cyndi's Moonlight Express for 9:30 but the morning of we weren't able to get in touch with them to move it forward/cancel so we called this number and Sue (I think her name was Sue?) picked us up in 15 minutes and managed to get me to the airport with 10 minutes to spare to get through security and to the gate in time.
