When I fell, one of my top front teeth was pushed back with part of my upper lip caught in the space. I was in great pain. I begged and cried for Dr. Temple to please look at me and take a x-ray. They did ask if I was a patient there and I was not. Her receptionist said she would have to check with Dr. Temple and call me back. She did call back saying Dr. Temple was "too busy" to have me come in. I could hear Dr. Temple, in the background, saying to apply ice and eat soft food. I could not believe she was so uncaring and had no compassion for my urgent situation. I would NEVER go to her practice or recommend her to anyone. Terrible, awful service!

I found them on Google and decided to try them. I had been to another practice in High Point and had a terrible experience. Let me just say that from the front office staff, to the assistants, hygienist, and dentist they all made me feel safe and did not judge me. I had so much trauma from the other practice that I cried my first visit from absolute shame. Almost 2 years later I'm still going and having my normal follow ups and cleanings. Dr. Firnhaber is the nicest most caring dentist I've ever had. And she's returning in June so I'm so happy she will be back! The entire staff has great "bedside manner". They tell you exactly what your issues are and what can be done to fix them. I absolutely adore her, my hygienist, and every one else on staff.
