Updated to include the text exchange with the owner. I'm not trying to ruin this business, but I do want to be honest about my experience. I was referred here by someone I trust. I sent pictures of my hair and two options for styles I wanted. The owner confirmed that the person she had could do the style. Towards the end of the wash, the stylist asked me what I wanted, which I thought was strange. When I told her she said she couldn't do either of them. I chose to continue with the service because it was cold outside and I did not want to walk out with wet hair. The stylist tried to find someone else to do the style I wanted, but at this point, I just wanted to get my hair re-twisted and leave. I texted the owner about the situation and she apologized and offered a complimentary style. I asked for 50% refund. She refused. It really felt like a bait and switch and really truly deceptive business practice. I will not return.

So as I walk in and see a barber cutting a kids hair and no one else in the shop I got a lil worried. Then came from the back and was not what I expected compared to boujee shops I've been to lately. I asked her if she could cut dry and she assured me she could. I showed her photos and she immediately said she understood the assignment. I was already in the chair and I just closed my eyes and began to pray. Can you imagine my surprise when I opened my eyes and the excess hair was gone, my hair had movement, and it was so stinking cute!!!! the best part is the haircut was 25 bucks!!!!
