Cypress Cleaning Team has saved the day! I am new to the moving in/out process of rental properties. My husband and I failed to read the fine print on the move out checklist, which read "the home must be professionally cleaned". At this point our belongings were moved out. We just needed to clean. Our official move date was 2 Days away so we still had time. Around 3AM, I jumped on Yelp to search housekeeping services. Upon my search a questionnaire popped up. I input the necessary information (service date, square footage)etc. Like magic a mass message was sent to available businesses. I received a response from The owner 2hrs later. What luck!! Two of her staff members were available to stop by at 7pm the same day! I shared the smart lock code, the team arrived promptly- I know this because we get notifications. The flat fee worked within our budget. I submitted my payment after the job was complete via Zelle. My husband stopped by the next day, he forgot his car vacuum. The team was kind enough to leave it on the countertop in the kitchen. He walked through the house to review their work, everything was spotless. The upstairs carpet had those cleaning streaks - so you know they put in some hard work. The rest of the house was well done, all I can say is that I am grateful for this business responding to my request so last minute. I'm still in awe at how wonderful my apartment looks! These women are so friendly, thoughtful, and meticulous. My partner and I are blown away with Cypress Clean Team! We received the luxury service and OH MY it is luxurious! When I clean the glass shower, there's always streaks but not after their visit today-it's immaculate! I requested same-day cleaning, but she was booked up and offered their next earliest availability the following day. Not even ten minutes after speaking on the phone she calls back. She was able to assemble another cleaning team last minute and promised to be at my house that afternoon. Talk about service! The team arrived right on time, we did a quick walkthrough of the property and they hit the ground running. The level of cleaning exceeded my expectations and I've worked with several cleaning companies in the past. They even tried to get as much of the paint spills left from a remodel. I got the Luxury Cleaning service and I feel like they did a great job organizing and cleaning for the price that I paid. Crystal called to check on my satisfaction the next day. There were some things I wanted cleaned more thoroughly that time didn't allow, but I feel like for the price they did a great job organizing. Especially my 10 year old's room that has turned into a slime and art studio. Lol Based on my conversation with Crystal, I know in the future she and the team would work on specific areas I wanted focused on in the future. Cypress Clean Team was hired to replace my former housekeeper, due to brain cancer, their first cleaning was 4/2. They were hired to come Mondays & Thursdays. Monday, entire house & laundry, Thursday, part of the house & laundry, plus, sometimes, anything extra that needed to be done, always with pre agreement & always paid by the hour on Thursdays (Mon was set price 9 am - 1 pm), and by the hour for any extra time spent here. Laundry is ALL hung, except undergarments & husband's shorts. There was a period of about 3 wks, starting at the end of July, where I needed them more days a week to get things done due to family coming in town. All agreed upon, all paid for! Cristal went through a couple of different girls that came with her until she finally decided on one. Before the change to the final young lady, a $200 brown Tory Burch belt and around $30 Too Faced bronzer disappeared from my house. Mind you, I always put my belts back where they belong and the bronzer was in the vanity drawer. They also ruined a few floor tiles in the kitchen, only way to fix is to replace! I never asked for compensation for my missing stuff or ruined floor, which I could have & could have taken it further. At that point, I could have easily cut relations. I didn't, Cristal had just started this business & she had kids. I said I'll give her more chances. I asked them to find my missing stuff, yet it wasn't found. I let her bring her kids here & play with my son when she needed to or when she was going to be here late. During this 3 wk period, my former housekeeper would also come to help out. The 3 wk period was not back to back either. We worked for 1 wk, then I was out of town for 10 days, then we started work again. Again, very important that I stress everything was agreed upon and all the hours worked were paid for. Not once did I make them redo something for free, as others have done (according to Cristal). I also gave her access to my house! I sent her 2 texts, on separate occasions, about something not having been cleaned, with pics. Just an FYI to get it the next time they came. Well, when I did that the 2nd time, on Mon 8/27, her response was that they couldn't continue my cleanings cuz my cleanings & projects were too much & they don't have the time. What?!? I was one of the first customers, or handful of. I never treated her as a housekeeper, gave her advice, let her smoke with me in the backyard, sitting, relaxing, instead of going to her car to do it, gave them 30+ minute paid for breaks (during the 3 wks). I was always nice to both of them. I gave them curtains, clothes, jewelry & other stuff that I didn't want! Always treated them with the utmost respect as well. The payback I get is she quits & doesn't respond to me!!! She overloaded her schedule and wasn't able to handle it. She definitely didn't handle this professionally either. She could have had the respect to answer my texts. Nothing, nada, zilch. They were hired in April & quit in August, 4 mths. My former housekeeper worked alone, was faster, put things where they belonged & was organized. I am very organized & Cristal uses my organizational skills for her company, which I was happy to offer, just to help her. As I was going through things yesterday, I have started to find that Cypress Clean Team would be putting things away messily, my double cabinet with souvenir cups & big plastic cups in it, which was completely organized, is a mess. It's going to have to be emptied & re organized. It's not that hard to keep things orderly if those things are already organized. I am positive I'll be finding other things out that they had done. My fault for not being tougher & hovering over them while they worked. Live & learn. Thankfully, my former housekeeper, & current assistant, will be coming as often as she needs & she'll be doing my stuff again. She has worked for me for years, is extremely trustworthy, organized & highly loved by this family. Cristal needs to learn to give her clients the respect they give her. If she had answered my texts, it is quite possible that I would have left my positive review of her company up on Nextdoor & never wrote this one. The 1st review of this company on Yelp was made by her husband Pilar, acting as a client, I wonder how many of the other reviews are from actual clients, versus friends. Her husband's comments to me on ND after I posted this review were very condescending & rude as well. She also has a pic of my living room, showing my high windows, on here as if they cleaned those high windows, that pic must be removed as you do not have my permission to post pics of my house online. My review is clearly for the community to understand what they might be getting into with your company a few months down the line. All you had to do was have the decency to speak with me on Mon 8/27 & explain your concerns. Instead, you quit, then no answer as to why. They have recently charged me $2,000 over the course of 4 days even though I haven't used their services since last year.
